On 6 August, I order a spicy ox tail beef soup, it was totally different from what I had before in the restaurant. It was tasteless, no spicy and no flavour at all. On 14 August, I come to complain and the staff said that the chef might forgot the chili and seasoning powder. But her answer to me is WE CANT DO ANYTHING. She said I should have complained on 6 August and now is TOO LATE. Not even say Sorry??? Is the complain policy written in her shop and is it the way a staff treat customer in this lockdown period when only pickup. Do I have to come there and complain and what solution can they give me on that day. I am not free to waste my time for that. See less

This place just amazing.. the price is so cheap.. the foods are really yummy and well flavoured... Service was good as well.. pretty quick..they have tons of lunch set.. definitely will try other things.. and yes I'm curious with yellow curry ... Hopefully not contains nuts in it... See less

Didn't like the restaurant at all, to start with the place didn't have a website so I didn't have any idea on the menu that's why I took photos of it and published it to help others, the cutlery were all stained cheap plastic, the serving plates were too small that food was falling everywhere. The tiny fruit flies accompanied the dishes. We ordered 5 meals and they were all terrible. The Signature chilli chicken with the potato cap was randomly chopped tiny chicken pieces with the bone swimming in a sauce. The fried dumplings had sour raw mince meat with burned dough, the braised noodle with BBQ had few beef shaves and cold noodle with cucumber with terrible sauce, the Mongolian beef was swimming in oil and had very little sauce and finally the fried shredded beef had a funny sour taste. This has to be one of the worst restaurants that I have ever been too. Not to mention the lady made us pay in advance before putting the food on the table! See less

Really bad food so not recommended👎👎👎👎👎 Here is what we ordered 1. Chicken tikka masala- chicken pieces were missing from the curry 2. Lamb Rogan Josh- too much salt 3. Chicken biryani- I am not sure if the chef tried to cook Biryani or Pulao. Additionally there was no raita with their so called Biryani. When I asked for Raita then they charged us $5.I am also not sure in which part of the world people eat Biryani with sweet raita. My overall experience with this restaurant was pathetic. See less

This place reminds me of the famous Franklin Barbeque in Austin Texas, but without the monstrous long queue. It's tucked away in a quiet part of factory suburban Blacktown, parking was easy, and, like Sydney Australians, super laid back. But these guys do a serious smoked meat. We shared a family feast and it was absolutely delicious. Perfectly smoked, the pork belly was to die for, melts in your mouth. And even upon closing the manager stopped to talk to us about their operations like it was his life's calling. BBQ has gotta be that special for it be deserving of 5 stars and this place is it. Great service, food and value. Really enjoyed the friendly service, yummy food and big serving sizes. Only complaint is the lighting in the restaurant uses cool white colour when they should be using pure white or warm white and a brighter lumens. The cool white and low lumens gives it a clinical atmosphere. Photos have been adjusted to correct odd lighting. See less
