Amazingly friendly staff! The name is cheeky and enticing.. the massive on the menu lives up to its name. IT IS MASSIVE. Definitely an experience while on Chapel. I recommend sharing the MASSIVE WEINER between two as it’s very large and in charge. See less

Very friendly staff and nice diner ambience. The hot dogs are massive and the Chilli Cheese Fries is also huge for the "small" servings. They also have a food challenge on their super massive hot dog to get your picture posted on their wall of fame. The food is good for a late night, simple eatery but not exceptional if compared against other hot dog places in day time. The main claim to fame is the huge size of the hot dogs. One thing to look out for is their leopard statue. Apparently one was stolen so they chained up the other one by the door... They are offering 1-year of free wieners for anyone who recovers the missing leopard. 😅 See less

Best Aussie weiner I've had. As you can probably imagine everything is quite "punny" so good for a laugh. The food really is great - I recommend the loaded fries alongside whatever weiner takes your fancy See less

This place is fantastic! The food was delicious and the service was amazing. The 12' Massive Weiner's were quite big, as were the disco fries and they ended up being a challenge for two people to finish, though we managed in the end. Also one of the best tasting strawberry milkshakes I've ever had. See less

Yep, they have massive wieners! The 12 inch is truly staggering, whilst the are also 6 and 3 inch versions available. Plenty of topping options. The fries are great too. The seating is sparce with just a handful of seats around the edge of the waiting area - don't expect to sit as a large group. See less

Disclaimer - I prefer sausages and wursts over hot dogs, but I thought I would try Massive Weiners purely for its name alone. I do like dagwood dogs/pluto pups at the show so I came with an open mind. The interior is very no frills, to be honest, you walk in thinking 'what is this place', the counter is at the very end of the store and you walk past a wall of fame of polariod photos of people who has completed their massive weiner challenge. I only had the 6" weiner with fries. It was okay. There wasn't anything wrong with it, but I wasn't blown away. I'd rather have a sausage sizzle at bunnings. I'm glad I didn't get a larger weiner because I don't think it would have fit (in my stomach). See less

Massive disappointment of Massive Wieners. Been wanting to try this place for a while and the reviews seemed decent. THE GOOD I liked the interior - it's minimalistic, "run-down" 50's look - it's quite nice. Loved the music too - Louis Armstrong. The guy behind the counter was great too - a witty sense of humour, which was refreshing. Their Strawberry Milkshake is very good too. THE BAD I get frustrated when a place offers me food that I can prepare at home in 10 minutes for $5. A standard bun with a standard frank in it (or two franks if you order a Massive Wiener). The Sauerkraut is the one I get myself in a can from the supermarket, which was very disappointing. The fries... although they were nice (identical to Maccas fries), they had so much salt that my partner and I didn't even get through half of them before our hearts started racing like a sparky on a lunch break. THE UGLY Definitely won't be going back. This experience wasn't memorable at all. Boring food. Shame about the catchy marketing. See less
