I ordered a smoothie at around 10am. Nit too busy, but a steady flow of people. I waited and waited, and was stood next to the owner and 2 workers talking to a customer and joking and laughing. Then, when he felt like it, he started on my smoothie. 10 minutes later. I understand needing a break, but that was a bit rude. No sorry for the wait or anything. Plus the poor servers are flat out working hard and making coffees. They are usually nice to me, but the owner isn't. Plus, I've seen the chef wipe his face and serve food without washing his hands, and that is very off putting. The food is okay for the area, but save your money and go to the plaza. See less

Great service, they always remember your name and your orders. Fast and great coffee - the team works great considering the number of customers they get in. The salt and pepper squid is one of the best and they are very flexible with their menu. Also that keep their kitchen going a bit longer so if you turn up at 2pm you can still get a decent lunch compared to other places where you can't even get hot chips at 1:55pm! See less
