Very disappointed with the iced latte, very bitter and was lukewarm. The brownies were great but we're way too sticky, the waiter was very pretty though. Would give it 3 stars if there wasn't a bald man running the place <3 See less

The Belconnen Westfield Max Brenner has had a few improvements since the bulk of the franchises were closed. There is all new seating, and cutlery which makes dining in a lot more pleasant than before. The menu appears to have had some updates with more gluten free and vegan options available now. The coffee is ok, but it's not really what you go to Max Brenner for! Key good points are: fully accessible for mobility challenged or prams, open late at night when nothing else is, friendly service, and plenty of good chocolate themed desserts. See less

Max Brenner is a special treat i try to get whenever in the canberra area. My main goto is the milk chocolate based American hot chocolate with marshmallows and a side order of a chocolate lick. Also picked up a small box of coconut chocolate cubes, be warned they are very more-ish. See less

Yummy drinks, good vibe, friendly staff, good service, busy but quick and efficient, good deals, consistent quality, convenient location, pretty much perfect?! Always feel valued as a customer whenever I visit the store. Will always come back whenever I'm at belconnen. Stay awesome please! See less
