Today 13 April 2022. I had to take a Menulog order and I was following my usual side room path for take order. I waited too long and realised that somebody doing some kind of construction work inside so I thought maybe they are not come to this room for today to give me order so I went to front door and i just ask for Menulog order and their manager behaved is very rude. I’m not a prisoner to stay always in that room. They should learn how to treat someone. See less

Seems like every time I come here my food is either wrong or cold. I ordered a classic Angus with no chicken sauce with big Mac sauce and I got my burger with chicken sauce and big Mac sauce and the chips are always cold And the time before that I waited 34mins for my order so much for fast food See less

Went here on Sunday with my 2 children in store was dirty so decided to eat in car on way home literally the worst food I have ever had chips were uneatable So was the strawberry thick shake it was bright red and cup only half filled as with the frozen coke also half filled burgers also cold. Should have gone back and got a full refund however was already on the road driving home. Seriously the worst McDonald's ever. Stay away See less

Will never come back! I do not eat bacon, asked to have it removed from the egg mcmuffin. The chick who took my order removed the bacon as it was clearly stated on the board. Came home and opened the muffin to see bacon in it. What a waste of money! See less

Ordered a family meal deal thru menulog. I live about 5mins away and when we received the delivery, the fries and burgers were cold - it was disgusting. We were also missing 2 burgers and 1 drink. There was no care in the packaging. See less

Very busy, but this is likely due to understaffing at the moment. Order mixed up slightly but not enough to be annoyed by and easily corrected. Great playground for the kids so that's a bid win. See less

I found that your workers are very polite, the place was clean not like other McDonalds that I have been too, my food was hot and cooked fresh which is a big plus as I have been to other stores and had cold chips but one worker in particular I think her name was Leah very friendly and made you feel very welcome to your store workers like her are definitely a keeper I will highly recommend this store to my family and friends you will be seeing me and my family again too 😊 as this store will be the one we come to 4 our McDonald's Thank you See less

Have given this place a few tries since opening and tbh it hasn't improved and in some cases gotten worse. Cleanliness Inside is gross, and the food can be touch and go. The last time I went through drive thru the fries were just barely cooked. Orders are always wrong and the staff don't look like they want to be there at all. Only plus is that management are very quick to fix any issues. See less

Ordering through the App was not available so I drive to the restaurant where it took 1 hour for my order to be processed. The place was a mess, public access points were filthy, behind the counter and in the kitchen were the same with clusters of mess everywhere. This is not the first time this place has looked out of sort with mismanagement and lack of leadership. This place could be a health risk and needs to be audited asap. See less

Always had great service from everyone I have encountered through the drive thru. Not a fan of the paper straws, and occasionally cardboard coffee cup lids, that's probably the only thing keeping from popping in more often. But that is a given being a flag ship green store. See less

Waited in line 25 minutes (drive thru) for the “manager” to come to the window and tell us that our order couldn’t be completed and would we like to order something else. She then waves her hands at me and says “I need a decision NOW!” I stated that was what I wanted and I’d be happy with a refund. She then said “so you just want a refund?” And scoffed. Absolutely rude service. Feel sorry for the staff if that’s what is managing them. No happy meals today! See less

Don't know why this turned up McDonald's but was KFC in Opalia shopping centre Had this wierd fluff on my chicken the chick behind counter wasn't happy with me for returning and asking for new piece and the piece she gave me was smaller and crappier than that piece I returned rude. The whole meal was cold also and I are it anyway ( not this piece but the rest of meal ) but that was just too much I had to say something and wasn't going to eat that. See less
