Worst MC Spicy burger and on top worst customer service as I can see the only two staff and making me to reverse the car for payment and in the payment section before they shut the door.I understand the level of customers service will be down if you (McDonald's) Even can't afford one more staff at night than this services will keep on continue.😡😡 See less

Most people have a pretty good idea of what a Maccas store is like. This one seems to be pitched at the drive through market and is well set up with two ordering points. We went indoors and used their self ordering system which was relatively easy to follow and the staff were quick to respond to any questions. The service was quick and we felt that the family pack was pretty good value. See less

I wish I took photos as I feel like this review might not convey how utterly filthy the Molongolo Valley McDonald's truly is! There was food and rubbish all over the floors that looked like it hadn't been swept for days, food smeared on the art work and I couldn't use a single stall in the ladies bathroom as they were all filthy, I then tried the disabled bathroom which was worse. The food was also mediocre. See less

Absolutely terrible service. Waited for 45 minutes, was abused by a large female manager for “not speaking loud enough” when her microphone was broken. Despite all this, I remained calm and polite through the entire ordeal. If your seeing this, you know who you are, be better and make an effort to have a positive impact others day. Kindness goes a long way in life, and molonglo McDonald’s did not provide anything close to kindness. Hopefully the management team is reviewed and a true leader is out in place :( See less

McDonalds food is fine, you know what you're getting everytime, but it's the little things that annoy. For example, via the drive through I just bought hotcakes and did not receive maple syrup nor any hand towels? What the hell - so annoying!! It just leaves you angry. Do better McDonald's t- his should be basic food serving 101. See less

New store just opened up in the Molongo Valley area! It will soon be surrounded by a service station, boost juice, cafe and the park and ride. It's nice and clean. Lots of self service machines to place your order and a drive through! Pleasant to visit. See less
