Bought the kids in on my day off as they love maccas. Came inside and ordered, waited 15 mins stood there and nobody asked me if I needed assistance or what I was waiting on. Drive thru looked like much more of a priority. When we actually got the food it was cold. I’m not confrontational though so I said nothing. Also the main reason why I bring them here is the playground and this was locked despite it being 11:45am and although the sign says playground open from 11:30am. I’ve contacted this maccas a number of times now for feedback and they never seem to get back to you. Just don’t bother … all you’ll get is frustrated and wondering why you spent your hard earned here. See less

I was visiting McDonald's today with my good friends during a busy dinner rush and Tayah made me a wonderful hot chocolate accompanied by great customer service. My friend who request for jam donut to be heated said that it was heated perfectly. See less

The best McDonald's I have visited for a long time! I asked for fresh food and everything came fresh, they didn't get my order wrong either which is really good because I change the stuff on my burger and usually always have to take it back, these guys are star performers and great customer service, thanks guys! This McDonalds has gone downhill BIGTIME every time I have ordered in the last year and I don't exaggerate EVERY TIME something has been missing or cold or stale. The service here is terrible no greetings or goodbyes from staff In the drive thru the Order is pretty much thrown at you with no communication no smiling nothing. Is it not Procedure to Greet the customer with Hi How are you today ? and "Handed the bag repeat the meal and say have a great day" ? Hot Cakes I have bought the last 3 times have been stale on all edges and I mean rock hard ... no Use by date sticker on hotcakes anymore maybe this needs to be implemented again. My personal favorite asking for apples instead of Fries in the happy meal -get handed the happy meal in drive thru FRIES in the box I say it's meant to be apples as it states on the screen and hand it back they give me the Happy Meal back with FRIES AND APPLES is that a joke? someone clearly orders apples instead of fries for there child for a reason. Or what about when they park you and as you're pulling into park they bring your order out, far too concerned about times then customer service. I ordered a small Vanilla shake on top of a meal that was ordered My meal drink was correct they then handed me a small cup which i thought would be the vanilla shake to no surprise it was a half filled cup with half soda water half coke (Obviously Syrups needed to be changed) i politely explained I don't know what that is but I ordered a Vanilla Shake the boy took it back and handed me another Small coke. I must of stuttered ?then the third time we got there with the vanilla shake with no sorry or apologies yet again just handed it with no communication. This McDonalds is one of the worst I have been too the customer service here is Disgusting. Management really need to start picking up there game with training and Employees. See less

Zero stars coz this is the worst Macca’s that I’ve been to in Australia, scratch that.. the world. If you want egg shell with your cold muffin come here. Didn’t know it was possible to get slimy chips? Well it is, just a quick flash in the oil is all they need according to this place. Do yourselves a favour and go to KFC across the road. Thank god we got a Hungry Jacks now. See less

Went through drive thru. Made my order, when I got to first window the order was wrong. I asked the girl and she corrected it. Got to second window order was still wrong. Had to go tov3rd window for a partial refund. Got home and something was missing. Drove back, went inside. Told them what was missing. They grabbed it from the display cabinet and handed it over. No apologies. NOTHING See less

On the odd chance that I go to McDonald’s I usually order a frappe, but every time I come here I’m always told that they aren’t making them. This has been going on for months. If the machine is broken, why is it taking so long to fix? Or perhaps the staff are too lazy to make one, so they lie about it? Very disappointed. See less

Travelling through so just a quick stop. When order was ready I checked that the fries were fresh. No surprise, they were only just warm. I asked for them to be replaced. The young lady placed a new basket of fries in to Cooker I moved over to the cafe to collect my coffee (which was not ready). About 2 minutes later I was given the coffee and then the fries. On returning to the car it was very evident that the fries had not been replaced and the coffee was only just warm. Why is it after all this time Maccas cannot coordinate the meals. They rely on customers to use the automatic menu log, utilising less staff and they still cannot get it right. At least keep the food hot until drinks are ready. Due to time constraints I did not return the food but attempted to call them 5 times. They don’t even answer the phone. I guess this is one way not to receive complaints. Won’t be back. I would suggest using Hungry Jacks or KFC. Better still best pack your own food. See less

Absolutely disgusting service. Sat in drive through being completely ignored for 10 minutes and watched 6 other cars go through true other lane. It was not busy as most of the time there were no other cars at the speaker box…just me! Waiting! As a mystery shopper, I asked for a receipt which was denied. “We can’t give you one today”…that’s strange because I’ve always been asked if I want my receipt. Clearly they knew I was annoyed at this stage. When I said, no I want a receipt, not believing the lie, the girl told me if I want one, to ask the next window. Which I did. Was told the same lie and asked to wait in the waiting bay for someone to get my email address. Another ploy to get me to give up. Just trying to get my kids a “treat” for dinner. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had at a fast food drive through in my life. Bacchus Marsh MCDonalds is getting such a poor reputation. Should have payed attention to the residents page. Will not be returning to this store. Bacchus has plenty of other options for quick meals. See less

Worst McDonald's, always having problems. Cold food, missing items, waiting times, poor service. Waited over 15mins for cold food tonight, missing items. I asked for a refund and I was asked to drive into the waiting bay by the manager to receive my refund! lol it's laughable service. I'd rather drive to Melton for McDonald's and I live in Bacchus Marsh. Thankfully hungry jacks is now opened in Bacchus Marsh. See less

This would have to be the worst managed McDonald's store I have ever been to. Everytime we order meals through drive-thru they forget something, usually the extra nuggets or cheeseburger, always the sauce for the nuggets and sometimes the happy meal toy. Dine in service isn't much better. Don't bother, try KFC across the road or Hungry Jacks when that opens in town See less
