Have given this maccas atleast 20 tries. Don't know why, but how can something goes wrong everytime, from order, to 20mins wait. To forgetting orders, to wrong order, to upside burgers, to messed up side way burgers, hair in food... Saying that, service workers there are nice. That is all I got. See less

I took my son for lunch. Even for a school holiday was very empty. Just him at the playground. The whole place was so dirty. All rubbish bins were full that I couldn't place my left overs. No serviette or sauce in our bag. Asked for sauce. I was told they didn't have any. Terrible ambience and service. See less

they remade a drink three times and still got it wrong, we were not rude about this but simply stated that the caramel frappe tasted very off, the worker was extremely rude, rolling her eyes, not even saying absolutely anything and being arrogant, would absolutely not go here, terrible service. Worse drive thru service ever. Ordered 2 coffees. Asked for white coffee w 1 sugar, girl told me we dont have it. I asked if she knew what it was she said No. I told her it had milk in it and she said all their coffees have milk. Madness.... i ended up from start in line up to eventually getting served 20-25 mins. Just such bad service. Girl wasnt new, i asked her. See less

The manager is as Unprofessional as the staff. Ordered a medium meal and waited around 20 minutes for the order to be completed and given to me with missing items. The staff just look at you and continue to walk past you even though they can see you waiting to ask them something. Would recommend driving a little bit further to another store rather then attend this one. If only I could rate this store lower then 1 star! See less

Every second time I come here something goes wrong. Mostly missing food, ice cream machine not working or wait times. Once they said my card didn’t read even though I heard the Eftpos machine make a beep sound. Wouldn’t give me my food until I paid again. 2 days later it showed up on my bank account 2x charge. So I had to drive all the way back to get my money back. They gave it back to me eventually, but no compensation for my time and hassle. Very annoying. Ended up getting more food cos my kids were with me and wanted it. Should have given me a free kids meal or something for my time. Very poor customer service. In future I would advise going up the road to HJ or KFC, or another Mc’s See less

I came on here to write something negative after a massive wait for food but it blatantly seems that everyone knows this is the worst McDonald's establishment in the southern hemisphere. Well done! Very poor service. Went in and ordered through the driveway and the employee was talking way to quick to even understand what I was ordering and I had to add to my order at the pay window. Ended up getting the wrong order anyways. Went in and got it switched over but STILL got the wrong order and the nuggets were stale. Slow down and comprehend what’s actually going on instead of running around rushing everything. Quality over quantity See less

A quarter pounder with no sauce, and a $5+ 'real coffee shake' that was literally a molten softserve with no coffee. You have genuinely ascended to a paradigm-shattering level of money stealing and incompetence. Edit: now they've started lying about being open 24 hours and there's a ~3 hour window after 1:30am where they will find any excuse to not serve drive-through customers, when they're obviously pushing out orders for delivery See less

Almost everything was out of my understanding.... The wrap was cold and dry and hard, can't imagine how many times it has been heated up again. The bread of Fish O Fillet was sooooo hard to chew. And look at the package of the apple pie, I got it like that, can't imagine what happen to it and how it was allowed to be selling to customers. See less

Service is horrible, food usually comes cold and stale, members of staff are extremely rude, they leave customers waiting for sometimes up to 20 minutes for something simple like a burger and drinks and are charging people for free water and they blame their customers for their horrible service. The building is also extremely dirty and disgusting to walk in and eat. I must congratulate one employee there though for amazing service, a major standout from every other McDonald’s experience, I can’t remember his name but he’s a younger kid. Around 14-15, blonde hair. He always puts the extra effort in to speak to customers with and he is always working extremely hard and efficiently. He is sadly the sole bastion of good service at this venue. But apart from that, I wouldn’t recommend coming here, worst McDonald’s in the state and the by far the worst McDonalds I have ever stepped foot in See less

Drive through was very busy, so we waited 20 mins to be served in the restaurant. We ordered on the app, so our sundae was melted by the time we were served and got to collect our order. Very poor service. Everytime we go there, something always happens!!!! See less
