I attempted to order at the drive through tonight and had to repeat my order 3 times as the staff member was screaming in the background. I finally received my meal and the fries were cold, soggy and not fresh. I felt ripped off and very upset with the customer service. Place looks like it's run by teenagers. Manager should be shown the door. See less

Another sub par McDonalds for the Craigieburn area, 3rd visit and 3rd stuff up, rang and told them my double filet was a single and was told by the manager Julien that they havent had an order for one all day, now I find it a bit hard to believe a manager knows exactly what's been ordered from all registers all day and can remember exactly what has, and it would be of concern if that's the level of micromanaging they are doing, and to suggest I have rung up and made this up really annoys me as its suggesting I am lying, Here the pics and I suggest you learn to micromanage better seeing ya think you know everything that gets ordered See less
