Disgraceful store. Always under staffed. Staff work with no urgency. Crazy wait times for food. Today I waited 10mins for a Big Mac and watched it sit waiting to be put in a bag for me for 4mins. It's a shocking store. Don't want to give one star but must give one to complete review. See less

Absolutely terrible service, Waited 20 mins for 2 burgers. Isn’t this meant to be FAST food? It woulda been quicker to just go and sit at a restaurant and Order. OH, and let’s not mention the fact that the staff here just close down whenever they feel like it, an hour before the closing time! See less

Extremely disappointed with my order from Bellbowrie MacDonalds this evening! Not only did I have to heat it up before it was edible, the burger on the right is what I ordered and the dry, cold burger on the left is what was finally delivered to me. I live in Bellbowrie and could have walked to collect my order and returned in less time than it took for my order to arrive! Not good enough. See less

Worst McDonald's experience. Not just a one off, considering I live less than a kilometre from this place. Always asked to park even if there's no cars in the drive thru, food still takes forever. Just now - ten minutes for two Big Mac's. Fantastic. See less

This restaurant was absolutely delectable and indeed quenched my hunger and lust for the esteemed "BigMac" burger served as this food chain. I would absolutely recommend this to any fine diners in the region that would enjoy the American style burger. See less

No gonna lie this place is not the best. The patties look like they been sitting out for a long time and it also tasted like it that it stopped me from going their. The only worthy thing are the chips outside of that from breakfast burger to normal menu have been disappointing. Might be due to lack of customers but still it's not an excuse See less

I think the staff were supposed to actually have some customers today. At 11:30 we ordered via the kiosks and sat down. Only to be told later that they had no spicy chicken patty’s. Staff were friendly and replaced with classic chicken. Burgers were dry and tasteless. One of our chips were fresh but the others were stale. Ordered a sundae from the kiosk and waited 5min before being told they were cleaning the machine… at 11:45! That’s peak lunch time! The whole shopping centre is a ghost town See less

Only realised when I got home that I didn't get my full order, judging from all the reviews it seems that this is a common issue that has been going on for quite sometime at this McDonald's. Go to Kenmore McDonald's instead, never had issues with my order with them and they actually greet you. See less

Unfortunately, McDonald's Bellbowrie was the first (& only) McDonald's restaurant, in the world, that I have visited where the toilets were absolutely filthy! There was dirt & grime that evidenced long term neglect. I couldn't. Place an order for food after visiting their restrooms. See less

On two occasions now I have been given a full cream milk coffee upon asking for an almond milk coffee resulting in allergic reactions. Both times there was little remorse from management and staff who suggested I was wrong multiple times. Allergy sufferers be aware. Anaphylactic customers don't risk it, there ambivalence around ensuring the correct order is given just isn't worth the risk. See less

Very disappointed. I was starving& ordered A Mighty Angus. Looked NOTHING like the pics. Now, that's no surprise. But it should look SOMETHING like the pics...Very skinny burger. See pics. And Pickles?(yes I like them) it looked like one lonely Pickle thrown on.. it was 3 small squashed together, stuck in one corner. One piece of tomato. And I was charged over$8 for this "burger" (I didn't get a meal ) pretty pathetic really. See less
