We had to wait a a long time whilst later orders came through first. When we got our orders, our chips were soggy ans cold. My grilled chicken ceased wrap was soggy and cold (the wrap and lettuce were soggy and the packaging was dripping sauce). See less

Food was very nice but service was slow, orders were incorrect and the self serve ordering kiosks were not working properly. Having said that they did fix my order, a and reimburse the incorrect payment. More training is needed for newbies before putting them on the Saturday lunch time rush. See less
