Consistently bad food, you will be disappointed if you come here. Usually either cold, dry, overcooked or poorly made burgers. Staff don’t seem to care about the quality of the food they are serving and management couldn’t care less about improving either. Drive the extra few kms to get a meal at another Maccas to avoid being disappointed. Well below the usual standard expected of a McDonald’s See less

Manager on duty on the 17/05/2021 at 8:15pm was so rude to her staff. She bossed people around whilst she stood there on her phone. When I came in, a staff member was trying to mop and clean and the manager just stood there and didn't move even when this staff member was trying to do her job, this same staff member also got yelled at in front of customers and you couldn't help feel so sorry for the poor girl who was also trying to do three other jobs at the same time. The manager had attitude towards customers and made it seem like she was in a rush 24/7 even though the Maccas wasn't super busy at this time (in the restaurant area). See less

This is the worst McDonald’s in all of ACT/NSW. Food is almost never correct if you change the menu, there is very obviously OTHER people’s burger pieces in mine half the time I’m given it (bacon in the wrapper of a cheeseburger, for example) and the majority of the service staff are rude. Waiting 15 minutes for my order early morning, while only 1 car in drive threw. Also they completely forgot my drinks and coffee. Don't no why but this was poor service. Never was like this in the past? See less
