Was here yesterday morning 645am for breakfast, went through drive thru and ended up waiting over 10 minutes in the waiting bay for my order, ended up having to go inside to get my food anyway only to get home to see they gave me nothing for my son's hotcakes , no butter no jam no utensils, also poor customer service inside. Staff were so friendly. My order was spot on. HOT chips and burger. It doesn't take much to make me happy. But this meal was exceptional. So glad it wasn't slapped together like other restaurants. Well done! See less

Long wait for service and no matter how many times I asked for the menulog order, they still actress the didn't hear me until I started texting the customer. It was clear they were very disorganized right at their peak service time. See less

It's a fast food chain. Food quality is fine as standard across all McDonald's. Service on the other hand... severely lacking. 9 out of 10 ten times they will get something wrong with your order. Be it a burger missing, a meat patty missing from a burger, no dressing with a caesar salad, a cheese burger in a quarter ponder box passed of as a quarter pounder....I could go on and on its like faulty towers but with takeaway. If you order drive through, DOUBLE check your order before driving off, TRUST me on this! See less

Typical McDonald's low standards. Requested and paid for a large meal, with a salad. Received a small salad! One of the small tomatoes was so old it had black spots over it. The lettuce was in parts of a "rust" colour. The burger was good though. I didn't notice anything wrong with it. The manager was rude. I didn't bother complaining to head office because of the last time I was at Belmont McDonald's it was much the same. They didn't return my message as they said they would.
