Never had a worse experience with maccas than this one. Ordered 2 mid meal for drive through and the girl ordered me one small one mid. And the one serving me food has a look of 'im just chilling out why you came and ordered food, so annoying and quickly for off'. One of the coke has 2 lid on it and another one is spilling everywhere when she give it to me. The mc spicy burger did not even come in one piece. Everything was just flying in the box. See less

Slow and bad service,some rude employees and wrong orders that we dont want, slow drive thru. Greenvale mcdonalds are the worst service, buy at craigieburn and roxburgh mcdonalds because they are much better. I ordered four happy meals but I only got one, HUGE Ripoff. See less

I come here every morning for my coffee. Lately over the last few weeks, its basically boiled, wrong milk used and they forget to add the sweetener. When you are a daily customer, its disappointing paying for something and realising its undrinkable on your way to work. Not returning. See less

I had a strong feeling that if i go this mcdonalds may i have bad experience but look its true. The manager was so rude don't even know to say hi hello. I don't know when these people start acting politely and friendly. They don't know what is customer service. Well i never had off cheese burger from mcdonalds in my life. I don't know what these people put in it. I took 2 bites and throw whole burger in a bin and now my stomach got ache. If i feel sick tomorrow morning i will going to sue this mcdonalds. See less

Ordered two Big Mac meals last night. When I checked my order at home it was disgusting. The meat was cold and looked like it had been sitting out for hours. I had to take the meat out and and try to salvage the burgers but even then the lettuce used were hard. The chips were not fresh and unsalted. The drinks tasted like carbonated water rather than cokes. In the end I had to throw it all into the bin. Not happy at all. See less

I was disgusted to come home and see this McChicken burger with hardly any lettuce or mayo.. I had to add my own. Make sure to check your burgers after buying them. Very disappointed with this Maccas, they also gave me the wrong drink and cold fries. See less

Went through drive through and told me there system was being updated. I said how else can I order she said I don't know did mention I can order inside. Parked the car went in store and made my order and I said I thought your system was updating so stop lying declining orders because it's busy. A week ago I went through drive through and got my usual coffee and the person who made the coffee must have not put the lid on properly and as I was driving the coffee spilt on me burning my leg nearly had a accident this place needs to get there act together See less

I don't know why I always think this place will ever get better. They never have everything you want. The drinks were half full. The fries were cold and the staff have never been trained in customer service, they never talk like they are happy to have a job. This is the last time I try this place. Had my coffee few times there via drive through. I always have extra hot but for some reason they decide to serve it just warm. Coffee tastes perfect anyway so can't complain much except I love it when it is extra hot. Staff are nice and friendly See less
