Ordered scone with jam and cream but got butter and cream. I took the butter back to swap for jam but they no longer have jam!! Scones with butter and cream just didn't do it for me. See less

Better training to enhance listening skills of young workers may be needed. Items are frequently missing from order. Noted to the manager that we frequently order cappuccinos and receive something that resembles coffees. I asked him, "We asked for cappuccinos again, do you think these are actual cappuccinos this time?". He looked at the monitor and replied, "Yes, these are cappuccinos.". When we opened the lids, rest assured, they were not cappuccinos; they even tasted like something made from other than coffee. Other times, we receive extremely high quality cappuccinos. It comes down to 'Training, training, training'. That is what I have to say. On another visit, noteworthy to mention that they were not busy, I received my Bic Mac half finished. Nothing much to comment there. One picture instead of 1000 words? I'd say so. See less

We ordered two burgers, one that was custom. They ended up customising the wrong burger and we played alot of money for our small order. They forgot to put most of the vegetables in one of our burgers. I will not be eating here ever again! See less

I dont know if the store manager/s read these reviews but here goes. I order a ceasar salad most times. 9 times out of 10 I am missing cutlery or the croutons or sauce. Tonight was no exception....missing my sauce and the extra one I ordered and also the croutons. I guess I should check before I leave the store! I even used the self serve to mitigate the risk of the young staff not taking my order correctly. See less

Place was absolutely disgusting. There was food scraps and rubbish on the floor. Bins were overflowing and the few tables they had open were dirty. Staff weren't interested in cleaning them when asked. It was too much effort !!! See less

2 cars waiting in drive thru when i pulled up and we waited ten minutes before anyone came to take our orders. Order taker not great, get to pay and its a manager in there .....not really setting the standard. Another wait for the food as the girl doing drinks, getting food orders is also running amd making coffees. Just a few more hands on, your customers would appreciate it, not to mention 30 minutes in your drive thru. See less

Food was good as normal for McDonald's. Male toilets were disgusting. One urinal blocked and 2/3rds full of urine. Hand dryer not working, no soap in dispenser. (Pretty good with Covid around). This is the second time I've found the toilet in this establishment in a disgusting manner. The first time was worse than this, which I will not elaborate on. I've never had an issue with any other McDonald's restaurant that I've visited. Time you lifted your game guys. One would expect an organisation like this had a Quality Control Program in place to ensure the toilets never reached his condition. See less
