Food arrived wrong, all chips emptied into the bag scattered, cheese burgers unwrapped and fallen apart in bag, Angus burger upside down and fallen apart, food cold. Called 8 times to get it sorted and they kept hanging up before I had a chance to talk to anyone. It's a complete disgrace of customer service. How can you be so bad at your job that you can't make an package a burger or even answer a phone. See less

They are doing the best job trying to maintain safe hygiene practices and social distancing despite the small area they have been provided by Westfield. I was pleasantly surprised by how good the coffee was and parking wasn't difficult at all; I was in and out of Woden in 15 minutes all while getting two babies under 2 into and out of a Pram. Waiting times are long sometimes. Their machines never have paper to print receipts. The frozen coke sizes are terrible because they always underfill the cups. See less

Friday 26 of February, I bought a double muffin (extra 2 beef, extra 2 eggs) with a cup of English breakfast tea in the morning before I come to work. It was wrap in a paper bag. I’m so busy until 2 hours later I open my muffin and it has no beef inside (just only 2 eggs). So I run back to them and show them the muffin. Her attitude is not nice, she ask me that I should come back earlier. I explained I work inside Westfield Woden and I’m so busy in the morning that I have to skip my breakfast until 2 hours later. They did give me another muffin but this time the muffin has 1 beef 1 egg. I will never be back. See less

Make sure you double check your order is what you’ve paid for, cause unless the medium fries suddenly got smaller, I didn’t get what I paid for. Was disappointed that I didn’t check before heading on the bus home. See less
