Have ordered 2 frozen cokes 15 minutes ago and still waiting. Seems like your staff are just chatting and laughing amongst themselves. Most unprofessional Mcdonalds I have ever been to. After a while I approached the counter to ask and they told me the frozen coke machine wasn't working. So basically waited around for nothing. No one communicated anything to me. See less

Placed an order and asked for sweet and sour sauce, which they forgot to put in the bag so I asked for my sweet and sour sauce, instead they gave me one sweet chili and Cajun sauce. Not only that, the bearded male worker was arrogant and rude to customers as I waited for my order, i was so shocked of how he spoke and handed the drinks to an elderly woman. I get it, it’s a fast pace environment, but that doesn’t give your workers the right to be rude to paying customers. See less

The WORSE STORE IVE EVER ATTENDED. I WAS IN THE DRIVE THRU FOR OVER 15MINS BECAUSE THE STAFF WERE BUSY TALKING TO THERE MATES, WHILE UNDER STAFFED, HAD 1 LADY WAITING AT THE WINDOW FOR 2 BURGERS INSTEAD OF THE 3X FREE/ EMPTY WAITING BAYS. WHEN I GOT OUT OF THE CAR WALKED UP TO THE WINDOW I SAW THEM STANDING THERE WATCHING THE CAMERAS LAUGHING AT THE PEOPLE HONKING AN CALLING OUT THEN ONCE THEY NOTICED ME STANDING THERE I SAID WE WORKING TONIGHT OR NOT THEN THE STAFF N THERE FRIENDS STARTED HURLING RUDE INNAPPROPRIATE COMMENTS See less

Rude staff, middle eastern lady serving food wearing black shirt. She was not wearing her mask properly and I politely reminded her about it as she's exposed to food, she arrogantly replied that she's got asthma and told me to just go. This happened during off peak hour. Her reaction would have been understandable if there were many customers being served. Hopefully the management will do something about this unbecoming behaviour. Terrible customer service. Staff always forget to pack all burgers or chips, if you dont check the bag you wont have your complete order. Today the manager gave me another customer’s returned coke purposely and when I confronted him , he said he did it but got angry and pushed my drink tray away. Very rude manager too. Senior staff are always rude to junior staff in-front of customers. Also they do not cover their hair with a hat. Disgusting. See less

I like this place... I often go to this place to eat... For me this is new item to try from JAPANESE cuisine... KASTU meaning fried chicken... I liked it very much... Specially Mayo on the topping gave perfect texture and flavour. Not 100% healthy, but food lovers like me will love it, I reckon. See less

I wish I could rate zero stars!Disgustingly rude service from Management that was handing out orders, the owners daughter wearing exceptionally long eyelashes and very long fake nails. I asked her to repeat the order number she had just mumbled and was aggressively snapped at "its 1 5 1!". Meat was thin and dry, tasted like it had been sitting on the pass for hours. Threw out my burger it was that bad. DO NOT EAT HERE! However the young Lady that took my order was friendly and polite. See less
