Food and coffee ok but the car park was a bloody discrace! Over full rubbish bins added to the delight of the crows and the wind carrying the rubbish everywhere. Lift your game who ever owns this venue, have a bit of pride ! See less

One drive through line was going through while the other is not. I was waiting at the speaker; 4 cars were served on the other line before I was served. Had to wait for long time fir the 2 cars in front of me as they had a similar experience to mine. However, my coffee was just a perfect👌 which really made my day. See less

Very rude staff! Extremely racist! I was talking through speaker to one of the staff (girl) . She picked my first Order but not the second and kept saying what what what I don’t understand in extremely rude way!. Then I asked to speak to her manager. The manager apologised in cold manner and when I drove through to a second window I saw bunch of staff laughing and looking at me! Obviously the manager didn’t even care about how racist one of the staff was!!!?This girl staff need to be taught that people come from different background with different accent! If she can’t understand the accent she shouldn’t be judging others and acting superior! We are all Australian citizens and as a big company like yours should have staff who are caring and RESPECTFUL TO ALL BACKGROUNDS AND CULTURES! See less

Ordered delivery. Paid. Mc donalds didn't deliver. Unable to contact them. Then reordered after complaining. Still waiting for delivery. Almost 2 hours later. Manager must be pathetic and staff also. No way to run a business. Suprised the manager and staff still have jobs !!!! See less

This has got to be THE WORST McDonald's I have EVER come across. How is it that they manage to NEVER give me what I order!! In the bag, Each and Every time I order more than 3 things, GUARANTEED THERE'S ALWAYS something missing!!! When I Uber, they do it then too!! Missing food all the time! And they just did it AGAIN to my son, who has now had to go back and get half the order!! We shouldn't have to check the bag after it's handed to us, MMP YOU need to hand over the ALL food ALL the time!! Where's the quality check by your staff!!! I'm never coming back, neither are my kids, not that the franchise owner cares, because I don't see any responses for his unhappy customers. CLEARLY head office doesn't care Either because they are allowing this to continue on... See less
