Minchinbury McDonalds is the worst. They hire the dumbest employees that can’t even read the order properly. Always send wrong order with Uber eats and no matter how many times you remind them to toast the buns like every other McDonald’s they also steam them. Everyone should be fired and they need to restructure the team and hire people that have common sense and can read. See less

We have refused for years to go our local store (Emerton) so we drive out here. The last few times we have had terrible service. This time we were missing 2 nuggets. The ones we did have tasted odd like dishwashing liquid was splashed on them. The chips are under cooked. And the chicken n cheese burger was missing the paddy. I use this one between 2am and 6am Saturdays and Sundays for my morning coffee. To be honest, I have been left waiting at the drive through for almost 10 minutes before being served. Also, someone keeps putting chocolate dust on top of my coffee ... it's a latte, not a cappuccino 🤭 See less

Friendly staff, have never had an issue with the food.....👌👌👌👌👌 . Even when quiet, had to wait an unusual amount of time for a burger.....☺️☺️☺️☺️ Amazing customer service by one of the employees that went above and beyond to make the best coffee I have had. ....😍😍😍😍 This is the best Mcdonald in Sydney .....👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 . Staff dont listen to orders correctly, when you try to rectify it at the pay window they're too busy taking other orders to fix it. On the plus side, we realised our order amt was $28 and they only took $20 cash, so their loss. Train staff better! See less

Very slow and unprofessional service. I waited for a long time and when they called for my order number and I was heading towards the counter to collect it, I was surprised to see that the girl tagged the order bag with "delivery stickers" and gave it to another girl who later opened the bag and discovered it's not her order, and then gave the bag to me to discover that the order is missing a sandwich!!! No way I will recommend this branch to anyone. AVOID IT! See less

Nov2.2021 3-330pm ordered via app, everything paid for before i got to the window and as I passed through first window slightly past the first window, the lady (crew trainer or wearing cafe outfit, blonde) shouted at me extremely rudely what my order was and I told her the order number and what was in it, she made me repeat it 5 times cause she couldn't hear me over her own voice, sure i may have made a mistake but to rudely scold me in a tone like "YOU STOP AT THIS WINDOW EVERY SINGLE TIME YOU COME HERE REGARDLESS WHETHER OR NOT YOU ORDER ONLINE, UNDERSTOOD?", this was extremely rude to me, like I know sure if I made a mistake sorry? but speaking to me that way is absolutely disgusting to all the other workers who generally work here, you always provide amazing customer service and I've never had an issue here before and it's actually the first time in 2 years I've probably experienced this but yeah maybe she's just had a bad day See less
