Worker rubbed our chicken patty on his filthy shirt before putting it on our burgers. We asked for fresh chips and got half rotten ones. Always something missing when we order from here or just plain gross. Go next door the the servo, you'll be happier. See less

Longest I’ve waited for a Maccas order with 0 other customers. Never seen a fast food worker work so slowly before. Quite impressive that she saw my order on the screen and me waiting at the drive through and chose to ignore it for 10 minutes until a queue of 5 other cars were behind me and honking. When she chose to do her job it took 30 seconds to make my mcflurry. Reckon I could have learnt how to operate the mcflurry machine and made my own in half the time it took for me to get served. I made an order of three burgers (quarter pounders and a triple cheese burger around 6:20pm) with extra onion and cheese and non of burgers had onion! I shouldn’t have to check my order when I receive it as Mcdonalds have implemented an extra screen for customers to check their order as a quality control process. However, you took my money and got my order wrong! So disappointed... See less

Avoid this McDonalds. Castle Hill are better. Ordered a mocha and they gave me a hot chocolate. Drove all the way back and was handed a new hot chocolate. When handed a third drink asked if it was a mocha and the supervisor said 'I dont know you asked for it'. Very rude and terrible service. See less

The drive through can take about 15mins or more frequently. Perhaps not necessarily McDonald's fault as the exit is onto Briens Road and cars get stuck for a very long time waiting to exit. As it is a service station there is very limited parking available if you wanted to walk in. See less

Very poor service. Stood at the counter to order a cone with coins. Several workers looked over at me but didn't take my order. Ended up ordering using self-service and then finally this girl decides to come stand at the register. Waited a good ten minutes because the machine was being faulty to have someone else who ordered after me served their cone first. See less
