Was at the speaker box for alot longer than I should've been. Food was well presented but unfortunately the long wait (it wasn't busy when I got there, maybe only 2 cars in front) and especially having 2 lanes isn't really good enough for "fast food." I assume they were short staffed which I acknowledge means being a bit slower. All the workers I dealt with were friendly and professional and even let me order at the pay window as I wanted an extra item, which I appreciate. See less

Ordered 9 items for delivery at 8pm on an Sunday night. Took 50 minutes for order to leave the restaurant. When it arrived 4 items were missing, 3 of the 5 that were delivered were wrong. Tried to call restaurant to get details on what happened but phone number is disconnected. If you're thinking of getting food from here, don't. Take your time and order from a different store or get something else. Don't risk it. See less

Most of the time i order through menulog, everytime i clearly mention that no ice in the drinks but everytime i get them with ice which is really annoying. Even i tried to call at the store as well in this regard but they never ever pick the call. But this time it was ridiculous I ordered two meals - chips were cold - patties were NOT FRESH , hard to chew really disgusting -on the top of that one of my drink fanta was just soda there was NO FLAVOUR in it - and as i said drinks were always with ice ( even I clearly mentioned I DON’T WANT ICE in the drink) This time it was disgusting, I ordered for dinner but it spoiled my mood, really upsetting service . They have everything that a Macca’s should have: the restaurant, McCafe, separated play area for children, Drive Thru, big parking lot, and open until late. A complete package. It is a walking distance from where i used to live, so it is also nearby residential area. I really miss the Truffle Fries menu, they need to bring it back please! See less

Absolute joke !!!!! Asked for grilled chicken and given crispy chicken . Hardly any lettuce and cheese just overflowing sauce. Did look like any proper efforts anything such as shame for such big franchise . Avoid this MCDonalds if you can . See less
