Everytime I’ve been to this McDonald’s at night we wait a ridiculous amount of time. They seem to be understaffed with one person running from the pay window to the food window. The orders always seem to get confused with someone else’s or we end up with missing items or ingredients. Can barely hear through the speakers and the order takers often misunderstand us. See less

My order arrived cold after driver continued to add time to my 5 minutes away delivery. Only half of our $60 order arrived. We are currently in iso and cannot leave the house. Kids are subsequently hungry, and I'm furious. Will not order either from this store OR menu log again! See less

My 11 year old daughter wanted to get more sauce on her burger due to there being only the tiniest amount out on, she was nervous o ask so I went with her, while we were waiting for the burger to get more sauce out on it, the shift manager and crew were laughing and looking our way Eventually handing us a fresh burger When we went to eat it, it was absolutely drenched with sauce and inedible. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from crew and senior crew to treat their customers like this that are paying full price. What a nasty bunch of people, I am disgusted See less

Aaliyah and raven provided the best costumer service I’ve seen at a McDonald’s franchise, they had provided me with 5 star quality service and deserve a raise. The effort and hard work they provided to ensure the best Maccas meal was outstanding. I would like to personally thank them for brightening up my day, they deserve a raise. This is the 3rd time I've had a problem with this maccas. Tonight, incredibly slow African woman spent 10 minutes taking my order and then another 20 making it before giving me a half-made bigmac literally missing half its ingredients and a burger (how tf?) Then after I drive back to get it remade I have to wait another 20 bloody minutes for 1 burger to be made, and am given nothing to make up for the fact the rest of my meal was either cold or melted. Save yourself the headache and go to KFC or a different maccas. The other day I ordered an apple pie and was asked to wait in the waiting bay for 6 minutes... 25 minutes later I had to knock on the windows of the McDonald's to be let in to sort out my own order. I don’t do reviews on restaurants but this is just frustrating. Everytime i order something from this branch the crew always misses one or two things from my order and its annoying because i paid for those things. For example, 15 minutes ago 😂 i ordered Ceasar salad minus the ceasar sauce and croutons 😂. Also the box of my salad is so greasy. See less

Went here the other day and ordered a McFamily Box, worker tried to tell me a cheese burger is counted as a big burger, it isn’t. They then got my drinks wrong and when I was telling them the drinks were wrong the worker constantly spoke over me and wouldn’t let me speak, when they eventually let me talk they rudely replied with “we don’t do sprite here”, well you do because it’s literally an option when you order in store and on the app so I don’t understand why they had to lie. Once I received my order a burger was missing so I went back in AGAIN and the same worker tried to tell me it only comes with 4 burgers not the amount it comes with, which is meant to be 6. After asking 4 times for my order to be done correctly she rudely told me to get out the drive thru and leave, with food missing from the order I paid for. From what I could see on the name tag the workers name was Mary Jane or something like that, avoid this maccas as much as you can and management needs to sort out their employees and train them to not be rude to customers and not give them their full order, won’t be back back here. Would give 0/5 if I could but I can’t so I give you a 1. See less

Missing items from Uber order, phoned as I would come in to grab missing food. (Defeats the purpose of paying $8 delivery) ‘Manager’ on the phone was so rude and did not want to hear me out as she said the other manager put the items in the bag. Just rude the way she went about it. Acted like I was seriously trying to scam a McFlurry!? Hope she treats the people she works with better than she did me. See less
