6th August 2021 ...9.27am Employee Pam (crew trainer) extremely rude...unprofessional....walking around with hands on head saying...' I'm not coping' loudly for all to hear.... just speaking to a few waiting customers and all have been rudely dealt with by her. Now informing customers that they are under staffed because nobody wants to work.....seems to me she really isn't the person to vent in fast paced..pressured environment. Customers don't need to be told or hear her meltdown and gripes. See less

I ordered Mc Spicy burger with one extra patty, then here we go. What’s this? A chicken tender? I didn’t realize McDonalds also has chicken tender! The original patty is ok (but still too dry), but what happened to the extra patty? I know it is extra, but I also paid. This one is not acceptable. Your experience can differ vastly at this store depending on when you go in & who serves you. 30 to 40 % of the time you will get what you ordered without any issues. But more often than not you will encounter a problem. Like most fast food the drive through will get priority so if you go in expect to wait 5,10 mins just too get served, (while someone behind the coffee counter stares at you & does nothing) Watched 10 cars get served before me once. I just walked out after that. Also when I order a burger it will either be way to greasy or way to dry to be enjoyed in any way. See less

Really poor service. Worst McDonald's I have ever been in. So incompetent. Asked for 24 nuggets got 21 clearly have no idea how to count. Went in there on 10/7/2021 had people walk in and helping themselves to drink and food. The food I ordered was barely warm. Something needs to happen there.such a disgrace. See less

Ordered chai latte with caramel in it on 16 jun at 11.50am. Beautifully made by the barista on duty who was pleasant and kind. Staff worked well to get orders out as quick as possible and food was great. One small thing was a large fry box being qs full as a medium, but fries shift and the food and service more than equaled it out. See less

Our experience at McDonald's, Portland was terrible. I received our coffees and then waited another 15 minutes for our food. I then took our food to the car and started consuming immediately. The coffees were luke warm as were the fries.There were no serviettes supplied. After eating about a third of my burger l came across a long black hair in the middle. This caused me stress and subsequently I lost my appetite. I went back to McDonald's, Portland and showed the manager. He was upset, apologized and gave me a refund. Phil Maher See less

Floors dirty, as were the windows. There was a drink spill on the floor that had been there since yesterday. Tables needed a good wipedown. The rubbish bin was full to overflowing. Service was average. See less
