Service:
Terrible, was standing in front of the Cafe to make an order and use a reusable cup but for some reason they tried to give me someone's order. Simple mistake and i understood but then after I waited for around 5 minutes standing and waiting to be served by the Cafe but wasn't acknowledged. Instead went to a self serve machine and couldn't add a reusable cup and so went to main counter and waited another 7 minutes when I was the only one in line. Asked for a large meal now and with a large coffee- I had to repeat myself at least 3 times lol, and then at the end they rejected my reusable cup and said "they didn't do that here" and ended up getting a medium cappuccino?
It tasted terrible, like just watered down coffee and the worst coffee I have ever had- bleh
Food quality: food was alright and was brought out fairly quickly, burgers and chips are normally good here so that was to be expected. However, the people who ordered before me were waiting on drinks the entire time I was there- two drinks took more than 20 minutes- disgusting service there
Customer service: blehh, unfriendly, talked amongst themselves and incredibly disrespectful.
After honestly made my day horrible, was planning to hit gym after coffee but my mental was down and then lockdown occurred See less
