Horrible staff with no customer skills and extremely rude. food taste horrible, cold and made me feel sick afterwards, was not cooked at all and they just over all have no respect for no customer that walks in. I have been in multiple times and every time I receive the same results with just bad manners and horrible customer service and such bad hygiene. See less

Chaotic and because of the chaos not so clean, toilet, tables, floors. The kids try, but some customers left their tables like animals (sorry to insult animals). Should be better. The food: my son said what I was eating was cheaper than what I had paid for, so he took it in its box, back to the counter. Thankfully he knew because he worked as a slave for Macca's after school. It was quite a sight to see 2 or 3 staff peering at the inside of my berger like pathologists. I wondered if they disagreed were they going to give me back the same berger? Fortunately after their conferencing deemed it was a mistake, they replaced it. Now I know how a celebrity must feel suffering the long gazes from other patrons. ☹️ See less

Not entirely sure how you guys can’t read your dockets or screens. Both of these say Dbl Qtr Pounder. Usually that involves two patties. Also, you have to request extra sauce at this restaurant because the burgers are usually drier than a nuns c¥^t. Thanks guys, keep up the good work. See less

I get good service each time. I bring a smile to the drive through and they do everything compliantly and efficiently. The staff are much more switched on and professional than some other stores. Only issue was lack of upsell. But overall very very fast especially for one of the most busiest stores in Queensland. See less

Just so all parents know (before they come and get the kids out of the car). The playground is closed. No sign... no explanation... so many sad kids. We are going to the park instead. See less

Always get our orders wrong and then I email to tell them and get a reply saying someone would contact me in 24 hours but nope...no response. Nothing worse than a hard days work, stopping tograb the family dinner on the way home and then find this. Tried to call the store several times but no answer so i sent the email. Was too exhausted to drive back there and waste more of my time and energy. Thought they would at least reply. Now I drive to Underwood Maccas cause they rarely stuff our orders up See less
