Got my order wrong again. When you go through drive through you can't check what you were given until you're home. Tried 4 times on phone to get through but recorded message kept asking for a code. See less

Went tonight ordered new cheese and bacon burger meals times 2 but no bacon and dry, and a double quarter pounder no sauces or onion. Had heaps of onions and Mayo on. What the hell why is it so hard to get food correct. Cost almost $40 and was not even worth it as all wrong and dry. See less

Ray Kroc would be rolling in his grave. A lost vision and an abandoned philosophy is McDonald's Sunbury. A half hour wait in store, for a basic order. The fundamentals of quality service ignored. The basics of quality food and food safety, ignored. The management and staff of McDonald's Sunbury should lower their heads in shame. See less

Poor customer experience. Store manager diverted staff away from servicing to clean store in preparation for senior management attending that day... Many customers unhappy. I waited 20 minutes to receive an order they still didn't fill correctly. See less

We decided to dine in for my daughters birthday. 30+ min wait. Our order was lost. So many items missing. I can't even imagine the drive throughs muck ups. Staff require much more training as two of them walked around aimlessly and didn't know what to do. See less

No more Sunbury Maccas for me... After probably 2 of our last 4 orders being a burger short (funny how they're never a burger over), I went there tonight and attempted to pay cash only to be told one of the notes was ripped and it wouldn't be accepted (didn't have my wallet)... The rip was about less than half a centimeter... So I headed down the road to Hungry Jacks, where the staff happily accepted the note... See less

Nothing it was dirty with food scraps everywhere. The bins were overflowing with rubbish and nobody seemed to want clean up. There were flys landing on tables that hadn't been cleaned, overall the staff didn't seem to care about the place. If I was a health inspector I would close the place down, just disgusting. See less

If there are senior Managers you will get order on time or 3-5min late but if there is no Senior manager you have to wait for more than 20min. If you are in hurry I will not recommend to visit if you have enough time then it's ok. See less
