Would not allow me enter the store due to Covid and said only drive through available. I was in a 3 metre high, 2.5 metre wide, 8 metre long truck. Unable to go drive through. How are truck drivers meant to get food when we can't get our trucks through drive through? See less

Placed an order at 6:25, nothing complicated, just an Angus burger and a double filet of fish. At 6:45 we asked about our meal that had been sitting on the counter for the past 15 mins. The manager claims she had just come on shift and apologised ( but who started the order???) but then got all defensive and attitude when we asked for our meal to be fresh and not 20 mins old and cold. 10 mins later we get our order not from the manager but from one of the kids there who apologised again.... almost 30 mins to get our meal that was wrong when we got home. Waited half an hour for a double fish meal, it sat on the counter for 20 minutes, all attention went to drive thru. A manager finally came on and when I asked her where my meal was, she said ‘calm down I've just stared’! Disgusting service and management!! 0 stars!! When I got meal home, I got a single filet burger and a few cold chips! Never again!! See less

The worst Mcdonalds I have ever been to. Every time I go there my order is either wrong or things are missing. The last time I went there my burger wasn't even cooked all the way through, some bits being raw and inedible. Packaged horribly and almost always cold. 2 out of the 3 times I had gone the soft drinks had not been refilled with syrup so I just ended up getting soda water. I'm extremely disappointed with the food here. Don't go, drive an extra 5 minutes to Kirrawee, the food and service is a lot better. See less

Bad experience tonight around 10.40pm. too many young staff on,no senior person to keep a check on front counter or customer orders. Young girl when I ordered a white tea could be heard saying I don't know how to make a tea. My tea was cokd, full of milk & I had to ask someone else to make it. Even though there were at last 15 people eating in the restaurant the toilets were locked. As a rule we don't eat McDonald's anymore due to poor quality of service & cleanliness but tonight we were coming home from a night out with no other options. Mmm we will wait until we get home for a sandwich & cuppa next time See less

The layout of the drive through was a bit tricky, I would have appreciated a sign before the turn off.. aside from that it was all good. Got my customary two double cheeseburgers and they were aromatic and tasty. Only 2 stars because the customer service was a bit of a yikes. The one thing we specified was no toy in the happy meal for environmental reasons, said it twice actually. And of course got a toy. Also asked for sweet and sour sauce and hey hey, no sweet and sour sauce. Please try harder in the future McDonald's Sylvania. See less

My visits mostly happens in the evenings to midnights.It takes too much time for your food to be served on counter. I think what they are missing is to alert customers the food gonna take a while. Trust me apart from the above, the worker are amazing. They always make you feel welcome. Good job See less

You generally go to McDonald's for speed and convenience. That can't be said here. Obviously prioritising drive through traffic, it took 18mins to deliver a long black and a cheeseburger, in a near empty restaurant at 11am. The coffee was only just warm, but a bonus point star as it tasted good. See less

Air con was so strong, it felt like I was in a fridge. Very spacious with plenty of seats inside. There is an outdoor kids playground. They have plenty of facilities and clean toilets. There is a car park and drive thru. See less
