Everytime inorder it's wrong but today I ordered and she didn't something wrong so I let it go and got to the next window to collect order. I noticed the amount of drinks were wrong and I appoligised and said there should be one more and asked for one more. She advised they are busy and I should go back around See less

Always clean, staff pretty friendly. Plenty of room in the drive thru for the 4wds etc unlike some of the fast food joints nearby. Coffee isn't bad too but can differ depending on the barista who is on. Fast food in moderation is the key! 😜 See less

No eye contact from staff serving me, and my mcflurry was slid down the counter while being shouted at that it was ready, (the mcflurry had melted) I have been in a few McDonalds throughout the world, and this is the most crass and sloppy customer service I have ever experienced. Avoid! See less

Ordered maccas through menulog yesterday and they failed to give the delivery driver the ordered burgers and provided wrong drinks. When I called to let them know, they already knew that the staff member had not put the burgers in. The manager on duty was extremely unhelpful and said that I needed to contact menulog and organise a refund. It was their poor quality control and their mistake so they should have sorted it. The other option was to come and collect the burgers. I am absolutely disgusted with their lack of service and will never use them again. Thankfully the lady at menulog was extremely helpful and gave me a voucher which I then used at hungry jacks. Never will I spend money in your store again. I will also tell everyone I know how pathetic your customer service is. See less

Actually as far as all McDonalds go, being more or less the same as each other, this one is actually really good. Staff were extra nice, area was more spacious and the playground for the kids was huge. See less
