This store is terribly filthy and extremely poor success rate of getting orders correct - especially through drive-thru. The outside bin at the exit of drive-thru is always overflowing and looks disgusting. I have never seen this bin clean.
We treat our primary school aged child to a happy meal once a week after sports for a quick easy dinner meal and our experiences haven't been the best. Underfilled drinks, speed of service especially the wait time at the speaker box when no one else is around and just wrong orders in general are only some of the problems we have had.
The biggest issue I have with this store is when we have dined inside for our child to have a play I have always had to wait an excessive amount of time to be noticed at the front counter. This is appalling. As someone who has previously worked as a manager in a leading fast food restaurant, I am very concerned about the lack of cleanliness and customer service. This needs to change. Customers can very clearly see that the mentality of this store is NOT customer focused, especially when the front counter.
