TL;DR just drive the extra few km to Molongolo, it's a much nicer experience. Look, I don't expect a lot from Macca's drive through, especially not on Good Friday, but even with my low expectations it wasn't great. Staff had mucked up the car in front's order but knew it and told them about it, which fair enough props to them, but while they were fixing it they didn't get the car to move into the waiting area, so I had to wait for a good 5 or so minutes while my food was there getting cold, and then once I got it it was poorly assembled, as expected. Oh yeah, did I mention that? This has to be one of the worst Macca's in Canberra for just slapping together burgers. I don't think I've ever had something from here where there hasn't been a party almost completely outside of the buns, lettuce everywhere but in it, and sauce just kinda sprayed all over the inside of the box. So yeah, just go up the road to Molongolo, it's still a Macca's but at least it's not a bad one. See less

Worst experience ever. I waited for a fish burger for 25 mins and when I told them that I have been waiting for that long they said I am lying and were very very rude. Don’t recommend it. See less

I visited this McDonald's to see a friend as we both have two small children and wanted to embrace the new enclosed playground whilst we had a coffee. It was clean, warm (it was freezing this day) and the young man behind the counter went above and beyond to bring me my coffee instead of me having to get up while breastfeeding. I wish I had thanked him personally before I left but I felt very comfortable here and the coffee was 9/10 🙏 See less

Worst experience to date. I didn't mind that they forgot an item from my order, it's the fact that the manager or who I assumed was the manager, blatantly ignored me to begin with and then continued to act like they don't want to be there. It sets a poor example for all the staff working there. Lead by example. See less

I wish I could give star in negative. Very poor service. They are always in hurry even not taking order properly. Furthermore, one of the staff member asked us to wait for order (night time around 10). There was no customer and we waited for more than 15 minutes and we went to ask about our order. If you enjoy having to double your wait time due to lack of staff co-ordination, or you love to pay for items you never ordered, Weston McDonald's is for you! Trust me, you'll never need to go anywhere else for bad customer service, their service here is the WORST YOU CAN IMAGINE! The service and food was so bad can’t even be bothered eating at Weston MacDonald again. The last 3 times we had food delivered from there, the chips were half cooked and cold I got a large Sunday because I love the choc topping every time it had hardly any topping to the point I drove my car to the restaurant to complain to the manager and his excuse for the poor food was the menu log drivers fault. Not sure how half cooked chips and a terribly made chocolate Sunday is the drivers fault. Then I said a bad word to him because I was so upset that he could not admit his mistakes and own it so then he kick me out of the restaurant after I gave him some more advice on his customer service not in a nice way. I could have been a bit nicer maybe but it was not the first time and he was very rude. See less

Ordered a Spicy Double McChicken meal it had no "delicious spicy mayo" and it definitely wasn't topped with "fresh lettuce" I'm pretty use to poor quality from maccas but this store manages to mess up my orders consistently. See less
