Didn't know anything about this place but I do now.... possibly the best food I have had in years. Had the share platter and it was that good I could not pick a favourite dish....it was all sooooo amazing. Would highly recommend and definitely will be back. Don't think just go and experience the wonder and food. See less

No idea where everyone is getting the idea that this pizza is acceptable, good chance your local hole in the wall takeaway pizza joint that throws in a garlic bread and 1.5 litre coke does a better job. If the owner is reading this, the takeaway is; pizza bases can be thin, they can be crispy, but they have to have substance. Melt's bases are like pita bread that's just been toasted to a crisp, zero substance, flavour, or texture. I imagine people are being won over by the toppings, which addmittedly are of decent quality, but the foundation of a pizza is its base, followed by the sauce. If a restraunt that specialises in pizza cannot master the basic foundation of a pizza, the experience is invalidated irrespective of the toppings used. There are many, maaannnyyy places that are a stones throw away from Melt that make embarssingly better pizza for similar or CHEAPER. Their non pizza dishes are nothing to write home about, service was lacking, yet the pricing is steep. It's a shame, because it's a prime location and has great potential! See less

Hate to be negative but really unimpressed - service was slow (despite there being only a few tables) and the food was rather uninspiring. Not great considering the prices charged. Many other CBD pizza joints I would hit up before returning here again. See less

We did the tasting menu. Food was a bit slow to come out but was delicious, especially the chili beans. The chocolate pizza was good but after several pizzas couldn’t been a different choice, but will def be back. See less

Melt is my favorite pizza spot in town, their base/crust is so thin and perfectly cooked And the toppings are amazing. They also have really great Tapas options. I've also had a surprise birthday lunch for my husband and the customer service was so great and they helped me organise everything. See less

Melt CBD is brilliant! A group of 10 and of us went, and it was exceptional. The service was amazing, the place was clean and the amount of dietary requirements that they cater to is impeccable. Both the vegan and gluten pizzas were divine and they did not feel like a ‘second thought - trying to be accommodating’; they were cooked to perfection. Had the sharing meal as we were in a large group. Plenty of food for the 8 of us. Delicious tapas and salads, really enjoyed the beans with chilli, salt and anchovies. Also accommodated food requirements. Great selection of wines and beers. The desert pizza at the end was so good See less

My first time here and it was a really good The service was great food came out pretty quick, the time it took for the next dish was spot on. All the dishes were really yummy i can't say what my favourite is because they were all really good. I have to say that the truffle aioli sauce was sooo good it was served with the duck calzone. I hosted my birthday dinner at Melt CBD and loved it! The $49 shared menu was fantastic for my table of 15 and they catered perfectly for any dietary requirements.
