This is such a great place to stay in Belconenn, or even Canberra as a whole. The rooms are huge and so clean, it feels 5 star. The fridge is well stocked and the hot water is divine on those cold days...And location is perfect, next door is the Chargrilled Eatery where the food is plentiful and tasty. The Labor Club is next door to the Eatery and Westfield Shopping Centre is a 5 min walk. And best of all the price is so reasonable, I was surprised to pay $120 per night on a Saturday and Sunday night, and the staff are extremely kind and professional. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be staying here next time in Canberra. Thank you Mecure Belconnen. See less

Place was in a good location, friendly staff, clean and comfortable Parking being only $10 was a nice surprise as well. Highly recommend Bath in the room was very small though so that was only disappointing touch See less

Absolutely loved my stay here. The rooms, and particularly the bathrooms, are beautifully done and very comfortable. Staff are all warm and welcoming, the parking is secure and under cover, and you're a short drive away from both the wineries up north and the incredible driving and scenic routes to the west. And the price is just exceptional value. This is now my go-to place for any stays in the region. See less

There are issues with this place that should have been resolved in the last year. Parking is very poorly displayed. Two lifts seem to contradict each other. Different words would clarify which lift to use and when. A big Mecure sign on the wall or floor of the Parking section. One lift control panel does not tell user where the reception or lobby is located. The other does. Rooms are great except for the fluctuating water temperature. See less

The room was great, hotel staff are great however, do not pay for breakfast. The quality of food is poor and the service is terrible. It is not a buffet breakfast, the food is made to order which would be fine if there were enough staff to keep up with orders. Takes long time to be seated, long time for them to take your order then, long time to get your food. I could hear several guests seated around us complaining about the above. This is not the fault of staff, this is due to understaffed venue. Not good enough to be called a 4 star hotel, I suggest you stay elsewhere especially if you appreciate the finer things in life. Stayed overnight. I cannot fault the room where we stayed. The room was huge and clean. The toilet was very clean. The bed and pillows was great and comfortable. The only downside for me was that the aircon was not cold enough even if I have set it out to 18degrees. Overall, it is good value for money. And if I have to come back to ACT, this is definitely my hotel to stay. See less
