Highly reccomend. Everything about this place is to be experienced and enjoyed, above all the food is excellent and not of the norm. We had a party of 4 and all of us rated every single dish HIGH and for sure to return again. Even if you were not a local - worthy of the drive. See less

Fantastic Venue - we did Lunch 4 people - the 2 course menu was more than enough. A terrific menu with plenty to suit all tastes. Great selection of wines. Great service, great food great coffee. Lovely looking out on the olive groves & vineyards Loved it. See less

Attended for a wedding on a Saturday evening. An absolutely beautiful venue, with amazing service, food and drink. A picturesque property and gorgeous dining area with a fun dance floor. Thank you to the chefs for the fantastic food over multiple courses. The wine was great (really enjoyed the local Chardonnay). Arch of the waiters was helpful and knowledgeable, and catered to the weddings guests’ needs. Can’t recommend this place enough for a lunch or dinner, or for your next event in a lovely setting. Merne is a gem. The Bellarine has many top quality restaurants and this is among the best. The food is excellent and great value as well. The wine list is extensive, as is the beer menu. Our lunch was the two course option. The first courses (4) were all delicate, intricate and well balanced. For mains (choice of 2 from 4) we shared snapper and beef sirloin. The sides were imaginative and well suited to each course we were served. Don't miss this place. See less

I love hidden gems and Merne at Lighthouse doesn’t disappoint. We were welcomed with warmth and ease. The dining area is cosy and relaxed encasing grand windows overlooking a verdant view. The shared style dining was perfect for me and my partner. We thoroughly enjoyed the contemporary, hearty flavours and textures entertaining our taste buds. Cheers to Chef, Josh Smiths’ creation.
