This is a great place for an ice coffee and some cakes. The service is great and quick. The ice coffee with cream from this place is currently my favourite. I decided to get some brownies on the side for $1.50 each , quite small but delicious. You are able to dine in if you wish and it offers small cakes , hot food like pies and sausage rolls , birthday cakes and other sweets like macaroons. See less

It is a peaceful place almost always crowded by patrons from every ethnicity you may imagine.... but a nice location and a pretty good service. Smiling staff and affordable in chatting. Prices are a little high but again, it's a chain for profit... 😎 See less

Very hard to state what was good about this place. A hot food menu option that comes out looking like a 2-year-old made it at home. This would have to one of the worst coffee shops I have had to step into in Melbourne the coffee shop capital. Michels patisserie I think you may need to rethink how this store operates and the product that goes to the customer. Customer service doesn't exist here. See less

The father does not know how to make good coffee. His son is ok. the staff are good. There are hardly any good coffee in Central West Shopping in Braybrook anyway. Any potential business owner? The photo attached here is their ads. They CANNOT MAKE ANY PICTURE ON THEIR COFFEE!!! See less
