Came here last night. Chelsea was extremely polite and gave me and my friends a warm feeling when ordering. I could see her with other customers and she really has a way with connecting to people. Even though the food was a bit how’s ya mum, Chelsea made me realise that it’s not all about food. But connecting and bonding with people and having a good time even though the food wasn’t the best. Food was good however the staff were terrible, firstly it took over 30 minutes to get a single burger to us after ordering while the table across from us got 3 burgers within that timeframe when we asked how much longer is this going to take the response we got was "sorry we are very understaffed at the moment" however the two on the floor weren't doing much besides taking forever to originally take our order and prioritise the table across from us even though they came in 10 minutes after us, I am thankful for the staff member to give us 50% off the burger but I think the staff need to operate around the conditions they're in and not keep operating like they're fully staffed. Also need to be trained on how to not drop a drink, while our time there the staff dropped multiple drinks and nearly dropped one of ours across our entire table See less

Went for a family celebration, and despite booking a month in advance we were allocated a high table outside in the rain, next to the road - which was completely unsuitable with a young child. When we explained, the staff refused to help and it was only when my husband went inside and found an alternate table and insisted we be seated there that we were confident to stay. Following that, the food and drinks were fun and tasty. The inside seating was comfortable and cozy. See less

What a fantastic place for a good feed!!! Burgers and milkshakes were top notch.. definitely filled out bellies after a big day. And was great that we were welcomed unmasked and all unlike another burger place close by!!! If we are ever in Canberra again I know where I will be eating!!! See less

For a burger joint this place produces outstanding results. We shared the Big Poppa, wholy molie not sure if one person could handle this one by themselves. The bonus? Super tasty and excellent service to boot. I can cook and get disappointed 7/8 times out of 10 when we eat out. Highly recommend this place. See less

Fantastic food and great service. I ate there with friends and everything we ordered was delicious, and very filling too. I really wanted to finish my loaded fries because they were so good, but after a burger and a loaded shake I just didn't have room. I'll have to bring a bigger appetite next time. See less

I went here on a Sunday, but it was lacklustre. The food is okay, but the restaurant itself needs a deep clean. Flies were buzzing around outside and inside, spiderwebs were present, and despite being mid pandemic wave, there was no hand sanitiser available either at the entry, bar, or table. For me, it just felt like there was no care being put into the venue's upkeep. The service was friendly, however. That was a plus. See less

Milky Lane is amazing and severely underlooked! The best burgers on Lonsdale Street for sure. Went there the other night and had a really good meal. Everything was on point, service was impeccable and the food arrived super quickly. I have also ordered delivery several times in the past and not once have they gotten the order wrong. See less

Certainly not the healthiest of restaurants but that's not why you go there either I guess. A good range of tasty burgers both beef and chicken. The "Kevin Bacon" is one of best burgers you'll ever have. The fries are amazing and can come flavoured as well. There are desserts but we didn't try any this time, we really enjoyed a shared one last time. Great for families but you are probably better off eating earlier rather than later as there's a bar with beer and fancy cocktails etc. There is a online table booking service which is easy to use. Cost is moderate but you definitely get your monies worth. We'll certainly be back one day. Thanks! See less

I'd like to say it was good. I was looking forwards to visiting but the food let the place down. So oily it was almost inedible. I know they specialise in fried food. But there is nice fried food and what we got. Everything was soaked in dirty oil the cheese curds were almost burnt in oil. The hamburger looked very sad with an oily bun sat by itself in a basket with oil soaked paper. I've eaten nice American food. This sadly wasn't See less

The burgers and drinks here are not too bad. They were very popular when they first opened but now there are a lot more burger restaurants in competition. I think the food and drinks were pretty good. The only drawback was value for money isn't great as the size of this burger was quite small for what I paid for it. Yours truly @fooderarri See less
