If I could give less than 1 star I would. My partner and I decided to try our luck again with mills and grills and yet again we were sorely disappointed to say the least. I understand orders can come out wrong but the amount of times these guys get an order wrong even when coming into the store to order to be precise about taking out certain things in a dish. After explain it to two people and having the order redone twice and them still getting it wrong, one truly has to wonder how this can happen. Should have trusted my gut and not come back. It’s absolutely vile behaviour when your customer is standing outside waiting their order to be redone and all anyone can hear is your snide remarks about my asking for exactly what I ordered. Absolutely putrid service! You ma’am should be ashamed of yourself. See less

We usually order the new yorker size pizzas. They used to be great, but recently there has been no tomato paste (or close to none), making for a very bland tasting pizza which is a struggle to get through. I really don't understand this, tomato paste is one of the least expensive ingredients in a pizza, and the most essential to making a pizza taste good. This terrible decision takes them from 5 stars to 1 star in my opinion. See less

Great pasta and lasagne here. Friendly staff as well. EDIT: Have previously had nothing but good things to say about this place and recommended to to a lot of people I know but service has fallen off. Ordered a rib eye steak rare and got a squashed fatty sirloin that was extremely tough, well done and the sauce was terrible. I'm not one to miss a meal but I brought it back to the shop. When I spoke to staff about it they promised that the owner would give me a call. He never did. When I call him days later he was extremely rude and disrespectful. He tells me he "sold 30 of those same steaks that week and no one else had anything to say about it" and "maybe next time don't order the steak", then said he wouldn't process a refund but give me a credit instead. I won't be going back or recommending it to anyone. Good luck to them. See less

Our go to Pizza & Pasta place. Best pizza & pasta take away in Canberra. Great range of menu items and always happy to customise items if need be. Service is fantastic. Owner is super friendly and basically knows our usual order by heart. And apparently he is like this with others too. Family and friends all rave about Mills & Grills. A little pricier than your usual Pizza Hut and Dominos, but it’s worth every single cent. Home style pizza goodness. They also offer other meals like steak, ribs, schnitzel and more. But I just can’t go past the pizza and pasta/risotto. My favourite pizza is the Tandoori Chicken! See less

Ordered food for delivery which took an hour and 20min to arrive, even though it was only meant to take 40min. Contacted the shop multiple times until somebody answered it and still couldn't give a time for delivery (Was told the manager was not on site). When the food did arrive the hot food was either burnt or/and cold and the salad had wilted due to being left with the hot food. See less

I've been eating here for years, and they never disappoint. It's at the point where the staff know me by name and address, which is almost shameful. I can never move from Belconnen because they have such a chokehold on me. Do yourself a favour and eat here, it's always amazing. See less

As perfect as a family takeaway can get. The pizza is so good, the quality of the chicken on their pizza's put the main chains to shame. Their chips have a secret spice blend too and they will put you in a love coma. You really can't go wrong here. See less

The pizza from there is amazing... the new york size is massive and such good value. The big boy chips are to the for... there is nothing better chip wise. And if you really want to enhance the experience you need to add the garlic sauce. It is Devine. See less

Anyone on a mission to find the most amazing and delicious chips on the planet!!?? Your quest is complete!! My mind was blown when our first ever order of food from here arrived. Succulent lamb ribs with the most mouthwatering sauce and huge, crispy seasoned chips that were still hot! I think a part of me literally died with happiness when I had my first bite. Yum! Then there was the pizza! My kids loved the different varieties of toppings you could choose and it filled us up perfectly. We also tested out the chicken parmigiana and loved it. It was such a huge piece I was happy to share cause we all still got a sufficient amount. The hot melted cheese and tangy sauce on top and crispy coating surrounding the moist chicken inside was perfect. That's the only word. PERFECT. I don't just want to go back here again, I NEED to go back here again 😍😍 See less
