I must say that I wasn't expecting a lot from this little cafe at the Narrabunda shops. When the food came out though, I was rather impressed. It was served on artisan style wooden planks. If you like milkshakes then this is a place that won't disappoint. They were thick and flavoursome unlike other places where you might get some flavoured milk. I would definitely go back. See less

My parents stopped in for a coffee in november of this year. My mother who suffers from a disability effecting the motor nerves in her hands asked for a latte in a mug, as she struggles with holding a hot glass. This was very clearly and politely explained to an extremely disinterested waitress. When she returned with the beverages my mother's drink was noisily dropped in front of her, and it was abruptly explained to her "We don't put lattes in mugs here". I am absolutely horrified at this level of service and have attempted to call several times to speak to manager during business hours, but they do not seem to be capable of answering the phone or training staff to be polite and respectful.
