Amazing customer service. There vanilla slices are better then the famous vanilla slices in Sorrento. They have the best pies in Victoria and you can’t go wrong. Everytime I go there they welcome me with kindness and I always leave there satisfied. You must try this place out. Also their slushies are amazing better then chatime. Oh my such yummy Pie!! Pastry on point, explosive flavour and awesome staff. My partner and I popped by the Pie drive thru last night after seeing some friends and I am so glad we stopped. So much Variety, I ate the chunky beef (highly recommend). Did I mention yummy? They also have a variety of fruit or milk bubble teas. Must try the passionfruit, photo attached with ingredients. This business owner must have a lot of friends because of all the 5 star reviews or I just had a very bad experience. Rude male yelling in the back while the drive through staff were trying to serve me. Telling them I owe him $1 because he didn't have the pie I asked for and had to give me a differnt one as if I was trying to steal. Rubbish coffee and avergaepies. I'll take my business to someone that knows how to respect customers. See less

Had the steak and cheese pie. Was pretty good. Tried out the matcha milk tea and it tasted very weird. Had a sourness to it. I've never had matcha taste like that before. Didn't finish it. Otherwise, service was good and the people were really friendly. Will come back to try out their pies and other sweets. Maybe not so much of their matcha milky tea.. See less

I'm served by Hannah most mornings and she is consistently the most cheerful person I'll meet that day. Large cap 2 sugars and a banana and walnut muffin, the coffee is amazing and the muffin is so fresh. Between the amazing personality of Hannah and the quality coffee, I'll be here every morning. This cozy place has left the best impressions! Hospitable hosts, delicious food, beautiful presentation and wonderful dessert and coffee. Recommend to everyone and would love to come back here again and again! Do yourself a favor and visit this lovely halal place. The service is unmatched. Such an improvement from the last coffee shop that was here, we got our coffees for the first time yesterday, and they were absolutely amazing!! The lovely young lady in the window, her customer service is brilliant, hold onto her, with that kind of service, you will have people returning over and over again!!! Working in campbellfield it’s been a struggle to find a place that makes good coffee, I’ve sent some of our employees down today for a walk to get coffees :) Can’t wait for the weather to get warmer, I will walk down on my lunch break and try a pie, get a bubble tea and a vanilla slice to to! (I’ve been told they are amazing) Keep up the great work guys :) See less

Most lively and friendly drive through coffee in the Northern Suburbs without a doubt! Amazing coffee, always nice and hot for the road. I tried the Vanilla slice and it was to die for, sooooo good! Did I mention drive through bubble tea? So much variety and taste nice too! The only drive through bubble tea in all of Victoria I believe! Amazing!!!! See less

The staff are very friendly. The drinks are awesome, was a little bit confused at first thinking the milk teas were like bubble tea, which they are similar but have jellies instead of pearls. But that’s okay because it’s always nice for something different! Flavours are fantastic. Our trips here will definitely be regular :) See less

Such a cute little pocket! Came past to get a quick bite and so glad we did because the pies, bubble teas and desserts are delicious and now it will be our regular! Not your average pie, these are quality! I've tried the beef and mushroom pie, steak and onion pie, veg pastie and hot dog TOASTED! They are so good! I've also tried the custard tart and vanilla slice and they are top quality desserts if you are a fan you will really love these. See less

My Pie & Coffee has the best coffee and the pies are amazing!! I highly recommend the strawberry bubble tea with strawberry popping pearls, the fresh baked cookies are AMAZING!! I highly recommend coming here it’s the best!!! See less

I was very pleased this morning with the service I received from the girl working in the morning. She was a lovely, welcoming girl, with a nice beautiful smile. You could clearly tell she loves working at My Pie and Coffee. She took time to step me through the new menu, she got my order how I wanted and the coffee was amazing! I miss having costumer service like this and will definitely come here more often! See less
