We had an absolutely fabulous time at Myrtle a few weeks ago - definitely the culinary highlight of our trip! We started off with a cocktail each (the smokey old fashion a definite stand-out), and the steak tartare entrée and hanger steak main were great. The lovely waitress even talked us away from the more expensive eye fillet based on our steak preferences, and the bonus wine (on Steak and Shiraz Wednesdays) is a winner. Really enjoyed my pavlova as well, the lemon curd was fabulous. All in all a special night with a great atmosphere and incredibly comfortable, personalised service. Couldn't have asked for more. Hands down the best restaurant in Warrnambool and rates very high in all the restaurants I have been to... This restaurant ticks all the boxes, ambiance, wait staff, service and the food is definitely the hero. Just WOW! Most scintillating food. Could not fault, from the moment we arrived until the second we left the service was amazing and the food was delicious. My partner had the rib eye and was delicious and I had the eye fillet. Both highly recommend and worth the reasonably worth price tag. Will definitely return next time in warrnambool. See less

Food and service were perfect, first night out in a long time due to covid, the waitress Sarah was so lovely and bubbly! Sarah's recommendations on drinks were spot on, she recommended me the smokey old fashion and it was exactly the cocktail for me, I have never been one for cocktails. Matt the bartender is fantastic at his job and know how to mix a good drop ! He was lovely to deal with! All the staff here are beautifully mannered but Sarah and Mat definitely stood out for us and made our night very enjoyable. Couldn't recommend a better place to dine in for the night at Warrnambool. Where do I start, the service, food and ambiance was amazing. The lady who served us was so friendly she made our evening. Had croquettes, sourdough bread with hummus. Jackfruit burger with chips and sticky date pudding was to die for. See less

Come for the steak stay for the service. The service from the time of making reservation to the time we left was professional and friendly. The hanger steak is a great option if you, like me, prefer more flavour in your cut. It was well seasoned and cooked to perfection. Good wine list, happily surprised to see some of their offerings. The peppercorn sauce was a bit of a let down though, rather watery without much body and I would deduct .3 of a star for this if could. Otherwise this place deserves its high ratings See less

Has a wonderful dinner here on Saturday night. Sarah was looking after us and did an excellent job. Steaks are great and the deserts are amazing. Give this place a go if you are in town and don’t forget to book as they get busy. See less

My husband and I had a great time at Dinner last night. Staff were fantastic and looked after us very well. Food was excellent couldn't fault it at all. Everything was so fresh and yummy. We will be definitely coming again when we are in Warrnambool. See less
