I had experienced very uncomfortable service a few years ago. I used to visit this restaurant to enjoy delicious noodles, but I don't want to go there anymore.
When I went there with my family and relatives who came from overseas, we were very unpleasant because she, a staff (I was not sure if she was an owner or not), looked at us as persons who ordered unreasonably.
My niece, born in Australia, ordered nine bowls for us, one bowl of noodles per person. The waitress got our orders, but we received only one bowl of noodles after a few minutes with her unkind service. We waited for the rest eight bowls, but it didn't come anymore. When we asked her why the rest noodles didn't come, she said unpleasantly we ordered only a bowl of noodles. We told her we ordered nine, not only one. The waitress was embarrassed and then spoke to us abruptly, "it will come."
I was very embarrassed to recommend this restaurant to my guests. Even though the waitress clerk misunderstood our order, she didn't apologize at all. On the contrary, she got angry with us about why we ordered one bowl of noodles for the first time.
We felt she had a prejudice about us, like Asians who looked like not speak English well. She might not expect nine persons ordered the same menu. Anyway, she should have asked if our order was one, or nine.
If you are Asian, you should be more careful of ordering.
The noodles tasted terrible, and the vegetables weren't as fresh as the other days. I will not go there again. See less
