Love the food. However shocked with the customer service. Have been coming here since i was a little kid and last week Saturday I had come in for lunch with a friend, she ordered first, (i was standing right there next to her) I waited to order next however the young lady with brown hair ignored me and prepared my friends meal. I had to wait for her to make it and pack it to then ask to order, and her response was “well you didn’t tell me you wanted to order” in a very rude blunt manner , i was lost for words to receive such an attitude for no reason. it was quite obvious considering i was right next to her holding my bank card in plain site… cant understand how someone can have such poor customer service, its really not hard to be nice. Not impressed with our first experience with Nagi charcoal chicken in Melton. We ordered 4x half chicken packs to share around with the whole family. But found a fly / mosquito ? On one of the fries. 🤢 by then we had already eaten half of the food. 😪 Anyway, no one could finish more than half of the chicken as it was dry, greasy and very salty. The chips were soggy and some bits were overdone, and were over salted. Pasta salad was disappointing as the pasta was still hard and not cooked properly. Finding the fly / mozzie on the chips promptly ended our dinner. We spent over $50 on this meal and half of the food was chucked out. Very annoyed and disappointed. Will not be back. Edited to add to reply to owner : We ordered on Sunday 2/5/21 just before closing time. Eftpos receipt showed 7.49pm for a total of $52.60. Order was for 2x half chicken pack, 1x Hawaiian pack and 1x combo pack with 4 salads. You were already closed when we saw the fly/ mozzie and we are not keen to return. See less

Been here in Melton for 1month and this is my ONLY go to for charcoal chicken and chips. Their chips are soooo good and ALWAYS fresh. Love that their food is consistent too. We always have to buy an extra pack or 2 of hot chips with our order. And although it rarely happens, these chips are also really good reheated the next day.(if you happen to have leftovers).
