Worst experience. The packaging was upside down . Chicken was dry. Spicy rice served with no sauce . No cheese in cheesy mini pita. And no basting on chicken. Ordered leg piece and they sent breast piece. When i called them they said we don’t have sauce and it was not mentioned in the docket about the leg piece. No apologies at all. I worked 1 year in nandos and i know what is its policy and taste. Had to throw all food . See less

Never got clean cutlery. Super dirty glass and plates. Food quality is average. Not as per Nando's standard. Still have to go as there is only one Nandos in Darwin. See less

The quality of the restaurant has gone way downhill Over the last few months. Torn up seats, dirty tables to count a few; the order came up after 35 mins when the restaurant wasn’t busy. Two people jumped in to take the order; none took it correctly. Had to ask them to go back and bring the rest. It really feel bad how such an amazing restaurant has gone down like this. See less

food is delicious BUT staff had trouble getting the order right. The music is too loud that you can't hear each other and we had to point at the menu cos staff couldn't hear us and we couldn't hear them much. Asked us what extras we wanted, we got cold sweet potato fries we didn't order and had to follow up on the spicy rice. we also got told we'd get corn with our order but we didn't get it. Also got the spice level of the chicken wrong. Waiting time is bearable. they should turn their music down. See less

The food is amazing but there is not a single responsible staff at all. We requested our table to be to be wiped twice but ignored both of the time. The service cutlery and plates are all dirty 😒. During covid they should be more cautious. Just a feedback to managers to be aware of situations as I know its really hard to find reliable staffs at the moment. See less

Always love Nando's wherever we go.. unfortunately this branch is veryyyyyy slow service.. They should have more kitchen staff. The kitchen staff doing online order first and no dine-in customer is served. See less

The healthy white guy working at 3pm 14/8 was racist and rude when kindly requested to clean our table when he has time. He didn't bother to clean that table and later we had to move to other table. No issues with food ever in nandos. Will definitely hit up other branches of nandos next time! See less

I've been here a total of 6 times and every single time I've been, there is an unreasonable amount of wait time, with no apologies for stealing my life away. The food has never been good enough to justify such a ridiculous wait time, in quality or presentation. Not good at all. See less

Horrible service. Avoid this place if you are out for dinner. We went out on a Thursday night ordered at 7:30pm. Girl at the counter did not tell us there was a 30-40 minute wait on food until we paid with our card. We did not complain and waited. They gave us only our chips and a buger at around 8:30pm an hour later, then spicy rice shortly after then our chicken finally came out at 8:45pm. Food was ok but Burger came out cold. They said they would remake it. They served it again and it was still cold. See less

The regular staff were amazing but the manager is dragging the place down. The sauce was missing on my burger, I asked if I could have some put on it or put in a dish and the manager refused and was pretty rude about it. Is it so much to ask to have sauce on a burger when the entire restaurant is based around their sauces? Wild. See less

One of three Nando's in the NT. This is by far the cleanest, most spacious, and friendliest Nando's in this part of Australia. The service is fast and fresh, and they will cook the food as you like it. Their new menu and specials are really good, as there seems to be a greater emphasis on healthier options.
