I ordered whole chicken and seriously large chips with voucher. The lady said voucher can use end of this month. But it is not written in the voucher that is going to apply end of this month. The lady does not know customer service, told me head office sent mail to her not to give voucher item and told me covid19 story. Sorry to say you should not do business, should stay at home. St Albans Nandos is in new management. I will not visit St Albans Nandos again. Is not about $5 voucher it's about the way you told me. It was rude 😭😭😭 See less

Store was dark and gloomy with only 2 staff Including the cook and the owner who was takingthe orders. Lovely lady. Requested chicken to be well done and extra basting and fresh chips. Up sold me to extra large which is fine. Chips werent fresh. It may have been re fried. The chicken was dry and barely had any basting. All in all food was ok but not to the level I expected, requested or recieved from other nandos. Parking is also challenging. See less

I’ve been here twice with a friend and both times the chicken were dry and burnt. There were hardly any sauce on the chicken and the staff weren’t even willing to give us peri-salt on our fries, we had to insist before they begrudgingly gave us some. The staff doesn’t seem happy in having customers around and didn’t care about service. Haven’t been back since then and would not go back at all, even if I were starving. I’d rather buy Spanish chicken from the charcoal chicken from across the road. See less

Ordered a pick up of half chicken and bowl of rice on Monday Night. Food was okay but the guy at the till didn’t even as much as smile at me. No greeting, and no thank you! Rudest customer service. I am never going back again. See less

Just ok for a quick bite. Mostly the chicken is raw from inside and always have to remind/argue to have it grilled properly. Never found raw chicken in any other Nando's outlet. And if you talk to staff about it, they will never agree with you. So its pointless. They also tend to put too much perry perry spice on fries that makes it too salty. See less
