Couple of times I been there but unfortunately they dont care about clients and just cooked but very raw so it's not eatable , I told them for second time please cooked well done for me but unfortunately still same , extremely I dont recommend them See less

Ordered here few times and everytime my chicken is over burnt and therefore has a bitter taste. Last time around the chicken was very very small. I am a great fan of Nandos but this particular location is not up to the standard of other branches. Also, chef doesn’t pay attention to additional comments on the order: we asked for lot of peri peri salt on chips but it barely had any. I will try as much as possible to not order here. See less

Even though they made a mistake with our order and the chocolate mousse was frozen solid the manager did everything he could to make up for the mistake which meant alot to me and my partner. I don't mind people making mistakes and getting things wrong but I really APPRECIATE it when people don't just say sorry but follow it through with a genuine gesture. So in the end it was a very pleasant experience for both of us. Great food and service. See less

Place is booming. Orders coming in left right and centre yet they don't skimp on the quality. Under heaps of pressure but they still remain polite and try their best to keep everyone happy. Just need someone to be front of house and that would be perfect. See less

Door dash messed up my delivery order, had to re order and collect myself almost 2 hours after placing first order. Staff at this Nando's were awesome, re prepared our whole order and even though it wasn't their fault at all they still apologised. Very nice staff, great food and will definitely order here again. I went there a couple days ago, would say I am not disappointed. Great ambiance. The salad looked like it came from a near-by farmers market, so fresh and crisp. Ideal to visit during golden hour as the store brightens up. Extremely accommodating staff as they helped me with the specials. These people know what they're doing. 10/10 would come back for some more peri peri. P.S: they take special requests for anything on the menu. See less

Delicious chickens and chips. I recommend getting perinaise chip dip to have with chips. Also you can mix the flavours on your chicken which is awesome, I got hot and lemon and herb. The service was quick and staff were friendly. I recommend this to anyone who likes char grilled chicken at an affordable price. See less
