Was treated to a random birthday breakie at this fine establishment today, the coffee was amazing (caramel Latté) french toast (was perfectly cooked and full of flavour with plenty fresh fruit and syrup) and my wife ordered the advocado smash! (By a country mile the BEST version of this dish we have had since moving here almost three years ago) would recommend this café to anyone looking for quality food. See less

Lovely customer service by Natasha always greets people with a smile and has wonderful manners she always comes by the table and asks if I need anything else. Should get a pay rise, she asks how your day is. If I could choose who I wanted to be served by it would be her. See less

coffee is out of this world. Chef and baristas really know what they are doing and are very helpful. Anyone that has complaints wouldn’t know good coffee if it was spilled over their head. See less

We went to Neo's yesterday and were very disappointed with the one of the staff members she was very rude to us. She has no customer skills at all. We go to Neo's a lot it was our favorite cafe in Geelong. We have been served by this staff member once before and the coffee was undrinkable and we didn't say anything. We ordered coffee and a slice i couldn't taste any flavouring in my coffee so when she came with the slice my husband asked politely if she had put the caramel in the latte she snapped at my husband and said she did my husband asked if she could put more in it. She snatched the cup from the table and my husband said normally the coffee is good here. She lost it and said that is very rude and said Don't come back then!!!!! See less
