Spur of the moment decision to go out for lunch Thankfully we chose New York Bar & Grill Marion. Greeted by Manager he couldn't do enough for and made us feel very welcome. Molly is a very friendly and efficient waitress. Made us feel very welcome and also took the time to see if our lunch to our satisfaction. Thomas was also very friendly efficient and nothing was too much trouble. Food was beautiful hot and we didnt have to wait too long. We will be back Thank you to all the staff. 💖💖 See less

I booked a table 4 days in advance for my sons birthday lunch for yesterday. When we arrived we were told to wait outside in the rain for 20 minutes because no tables were available. By this time it was past 1pm, eventually went to order and we were told to wait 50 minutes for the food to be prepared. No offer of apology, no complimentary drink or something for the kids. Extremely dissapointed with the customer service! Walked out and will NEVER return! Dont even deserve 1 star! See less

I would have given this three stars, but you had a bar staff/ waitress putting spot fires out because of the kitchen. The kitchen was running out of food supply; this very friendly waitress put on the best display of customer service I have seen. Her customer service alone deserved 5 stars. See less

Good food and service. Very quiet on the evening we went in which was nice. Staff were very accommodating with requested changes to menue items and prompt with the service provided. Would happily return here again for a pub style meal. Very family friendly with a large play area. See less

We had a group of 12 eat here for a birthday celebration. The menu was pretty standard, food was tasty, steaks grilled as requested, not one person in the 12 had any issues. I had brought along a birthday cake, the staff placed it on a lovely plate and even lit the candles for us before setting it on the table. Knife, plates and spoons supplied also. Great service and friendly staff. Well done. See less
