I have been to New York Minute quite a few times now and each time I can honestly say is an enjoyable experience. The service is always prompt and friendly by some of the nicest and coolest people I have ever met. The burgers are AMAZING! So flavoursome and juicy. The sweet potato chips are some of the best I’ve ever had too. It’s my absolutely favourite burger place to go to. See less

Had an exceptional experience in this establishment! the tall blonde girl (about 16-21) who served me was extremely lovely and vibrant with an excellent music taste! (she mentioned she was on 'aux') food was extremely yummy 10/10 experience, will be returning soon! See less

Haven't even touched the food but too amazed by the gesture of the guy took our order. He offered some discounts also gave us extra drinks. Food looks amazing. Should taste good as well. Loved the customer service!!!! See less

Awesome burgers sold here, my go to place every weekend for my cheat days. Staff here are super friendly and they look after you very well. Highly recommend the Miami heat burger if you're a fan of spicy foods! See less

The team at New York Minute Moonee Ponds are superb! They are always able to accomodate my dietary requirements whenever I pop in with my family. I live right around the corner and love the southern beef burger. They always take and fill my walk in orders promptly and courteously even when slammed with delivery service orders in front of me. Been a life saver this last year and a half! Chips are really good too, crispy and just the right amount of salt. See less

Hands down one of the best burgers I had an a long time! Plenty of fillings so flavorsome and fresh, and their sauces 🥰! Absolutely great food, the fries are the right amount of salty and crunchy, and the burger (the coney island schnitzel) is awesome! To add bonus points here the chicken is aussie sourced and bought locally. (Gotta support our communities in this post 2020 world.) Honestly the best bit though is the just lovely service and staff. Nothing but smiles all round. Definitely coming back again. See less

Really liked the food here; I would have rated it higher if I could. The milkshake was thick in all the right ways, the burger tasted delicious, authentic and wasn't dripping in oil. The chips weren't my favourite but were still better than a lot of other chips I've had. I found that the food here is similar to California's In-N-Out burger if you have ever been. See less

Have this thing about trying non corporate Burger places. Usually on a Sunday but today is a sunny Melbourne Saturday so off a drive.. This time for a Burger, ordered Miami Burger. Great tasty patty, favours came through and the bun held its act together. First customer of day and the "product" was prefect. Great selection of Burgers, see photos. NYM has a great atmosphere as well as very friendly and prompt service, but personally I felt the burger was lacking. The stand outs of my order were the milkshake and chips, with the shake thick and full of flavour, and the chips hot, crunchy and plentiful, however, I found the patties New York Burger (pictured) bland and overcooked. The rest of the elements worked well, but considering the star of the dish didn't deliver, I am slightly dissappinted in my experience. If the patties were cooked less and had more flavour to them it would of been a different experience entirely See less
