I placed my order an hour and a half in advance for pick up and when I arrived at the pick up time they hadn't even started cooking it. I then had to wait 20 minutes for them to cook it and they didn't even offer anything as an apology (only attitude). Poor service and attitude. I won't be coming back again. I don't normally write poor reviews, but this is an exception. See less

Used to be very good my favourite night snack The burger are big and used quality meat and ingredients Now: The chicken in the burger no longer tender and juicy Taste like those $10 a whole chicken at Coles Also reduce the burger size dramatically. The flavour and crunchiness has disappear. Used to eat here twice a week. Probs won't be order again. See less

Was actually good the first time we came here. Standards just been dropping, food is rushed, chips undercooked chicken burger overdone and tasted like it was just heated with a microwave. Horrible waste of money. Staff not even friendly and had a resting bxtch face. Waste of money and not coming back. See less

Food was alright but we had ordered the Carne Asada Fries on UrberEats (which the menu specifies is BEEF) but when they arrived we are almost certain they had LAMB not beef at all. Very dissapointed and was a waste of our money because we can't eat lamb for religious reasons - Please don't put something else on the Menu if that's not what you're acutally selling!!!! See less
