I had an awful experience today while entering the gaming lounge. The security guy stopped us from entering and allowed other people inside, saying they are regulars. The girl standing in front of him was trying to help us, and he stopped her too by saying, "leave them on me".The gaming lounge/VIP lounge closes at 3:00 am today, but he said it's already closed. We tried explaining that we are not here for bowling and dining; he just said that everything is closed. Thanks to the manager who came there and took us in. I am hoping a reply about why was the security guy rude to us. And also the place is really amazing with very friendly staff (except the security). See less
