The fried rice was delicious and unique. The squid perfectly cooked, in an ingenious new way (for me), I marveled at how clever the ingredient combination was. The pork tender melt in the mouth with delightful linger of flavour. The sauce for the pork was light, full and with depth. It was noisy, had trouble hearing our conversation. The waiting staff were polite and helpful. However removing the plates was awful quick, and not really with checking we finished. See less

I was setting waiting for my dinner when the fire alarm activated. Everyone had to wait outside of the place for 1 1/2 hs. I asked if I could keep my wine while waiting and they said no you cannot, after a while I asked if I could go as I didn’t get my meal and other restaurants will be closed if I keep waiting and they didn’t allow me to leave the place and when all finished the waitress said that was a problem in the kitchen and nit food will be served and I had to pay the wine that badly drinked. Absolutely no good customer service, very disappointed. See less

The brekky was good. But the service was fantastic. The young man who looked after me during my visit made it a wonderful experience. I will definitely visit the restaurant again on my next visit to Woden. See less

Half of our table enjoyed their meals, half weren't impressed. The battered fish was dry and both steaks were well done with very little of the truffle butter on them. Eaten twice here and ordered simple dishes. Both times unsatisfactory with overcooked pasta, rubbery prawns little flavour with all swimming in oil. Not chef quality. Then second time the bruschetta was poorly prepared, unflavoured tomato relying on too much oil. Very under whelming. Waiters don’t know the drinks menu and present glasses holding the rim. Nice modern cafe/bar, 5 star coffee Really good smooth coffee. Nice breakfast meals although the avo is processed rather than fresh avo. The serving sizes are very large. Staff are friendly and efficient. Service was timely. Toilet facilities (a part of the hotel) were not the cleanest especially being 730am Saturday morning and not busy. See less

Pretty perfect. Great atmosphere. The menu won't spoil you for choice - but covers the basics. What comes from the kitchen is just magnificent. In a previous life I spent time in some pretty exclusive hotels. NONE of them came close to the breakfast I had here. This is NOT the bar or the restaurant you would expect to find in a hotel of this stature. Then again - the hotel over-delivers too ... See less

A superb dining space. I have enjoyed both breakfast and lunch at this venue (Have yet to go for dinner). The breakfast menu will please most people. From a quick Double bacon & egg roll takeaway, to a Baked Spanish Omelette, or Eggs Benedict, or Big Brekkie (or other) eat in... take your pick! Great coffees & teas. Welcoming staff and friendly management. Every visit is worthwhile. See less

Great service; great coffee;' really well-executed and innovative food options that will satisfy the fussiest of eaters. Their staff are always very friendly when greeting; seating, and serving you, and are prompt to take your orders and serve you. The coffees are always perfect - warm, but drinkable; with the shot never too thin and the milk frothed perfectly. I recommend the soy cappuccino if you want to try something new, it's absolutely delicious! They have a seasonal menu of food that's always varied and well executed. I've always been happy with the quality and consistency of the food here, and have been coming here for over a year. See less

Chicken and waffles were amazing and the Creme Brûlée was quite nice, although a slightly limited menu if staying at the hotel how more than a few days. Staff was fabulous, Ruth is absolutely amazing! Had a bit of a negative experience at breakfast when they gave mine to another customer after waiting quite some time for a 'to go' meal, but they more than made up for it when I came back that night for dinner.
